My apartment used welltech and the service was extremely upsetting. The man showed up and barely took the time to do his job and sprayed pest control solution all over my cats food container which was sitting by my bathroom counter. I now have to get a new bag to replace the full container that he ruined, taking money out of my pocket because he did not take the time to make sure the job was done well.

They were dealing with my Property Manager. My unit was only one of many that has a rat problem, They skipped appointments, were hesitant to accommodate the situation that arose. 1st Line of Defense is glue traps! How inhumane!!! They didn't fulfill their visit today either - the bucket truck got stuck in some dirt on the property - so those two guys had to go watch the big machines work....... 19 days later and still no confirmation of a resolution. Would not recommend......

It is the responsibility of tenants to communicate with management about pest and wildlife situations that arise before they escalate to the level that you are describing. The dynamic of working in multifamily is that we find a very select few tenants that live an unsanitary lifestyle can ruin the pleasant living environment of any luxurious community. Ignoring these things to cause infestations or spreads of wildlife populations is not something to take lightly. Also, sometimes the methods used for pest control or wildlife management are based upon the expediency and budget of the management company for removal or elimination. With that being said, doing this work is not glamorous, and we are not expecting to receive your accolades. As far as vehicles being used in extraction and exclusion projects, occasionally unseen dangers of Florida's complicated ecosystem presents many challenges. WellTech and your management company share the relief that no one was killed or seriously injured when our equipment sunk approximately three feet, creating a dangerous situation. We tried to remove this review because you were not knowledgeable about the planning, scheduling, or the the emergency situations our company faced during this project. If you owned your own home and contacted us to do your pest control or wildlife removal, you would have every right to vent about this situation, because it would be in your control. It would have been your planning, your schedule and your property. Let us reiterate, we do not service individual home owners or individual tenants. We sincerely apologize that you are going through a dissatisfaction enough to be public about your experience. We strive to do our best for everyone involved in multifamily communities, but we understand that we are not going to be able to please everyone in every situation.

This is the most irresponsible pest company I ever had in Tuscany Bay Apartment. Even leasing office scheduled week a before, they even not prepared for it and does not work on time. Really disappointed. I will not recommend this to any one in Tampa.

I haven’t spoken with anyone from Welltech directly, only asked my management office, but so far they have shown up when promised, addressed our issue twice, did not leave a mess behind and left a little note with instructions to mantain wasps away from my home. Thank you Welltech!
