Orkin

I called Orkin because after hurricane Milton, my husband and I developed gnats in the house. A tech from Orkin came out and took a look around. We told the tech that we did have a small water leak in the kitchen and one cabinet was ruined from water damage. We explained that we cut out the cabinet, dried everything out, and had the wall tested to make sure there was no water in the block wall. He told us that we had fungus gnats from the water damage which caused mold in the kitchen. We explain

I give the guy who answered the phone, 1 star. The service and technician, I give 5 stars. I had a house that was being sold. It was infested with German roaches. The sales guy knew my situation and pushed me into a year long contract. Even though he knew we were cleaning it out and selling. Didn’t seem to give me any other options. Mr Bernstein: You made me the same offer a year ago and I accepted. Since then I have had to call 6 more times to reschedule appointments that were made on Mondays. So - nothing changed. You are clearly unwilling or unable to provide the services that I contracted for when it was convenient for me. I have cancelled my contract with your company. UPDATE: Since my original review we have continued to have to call EVERY TIME to reschedule Monday appointments, including once when we were on vacatio
