Juan the technician is great he is thorough he explains what he's doing he very professional I like how he is easy to conversate with , but I did have some issues with aptive the company there scheduling and being able to get a hold of someone the number always goes to voice-mail I spoke to female representative she was friendly and professional she tried her best to satisfy my complaint which I appreciate. Had a sales rep named Jackson come to my door. He was awesome, convinced me to go with the product, even signing up for a 3 year deal, bc prices and service appeared to be in line.
