We’ve been using Urbanex for about a year. They sound black widow next after our pest control company missed it the day before. Since receiving service we have not had any issues with any bugs or rodents! They are communicative with scheduled service, notifying when they are on their way, communicating they’ve arrived by text and knocking. They ask if there any issues and if there are any additional requests and also communicate when work is complete. Overall great experience.

This service is trash. You’re trapped into staying with this subpar provider irrespective of the poor service or you pay a penalty. If you’re considering this service, don’t. They claim to have this special blend to treat against spiders, they don’t, the spiders keep coming back.

I am going to preface this with MY BAD! I asked, but I did NOT read what I signed. Flash back some months ago...door to door solicitation in a neighborhood that has a sign which says NO SOLICITING. They were selling pest services. I accepted the offer as it was a decent price, but most importantly it was a small family business trying to succeed (or at least that is how it was presented to me - that could have been another lie - I was suckered by salesmen). Before I agreed to anything, I asked point blank is there a cancellation fee and I was told "no - there is no contract". Again, my bad, and I know it. I called today to cancel the service...through no fault of theirs. According to the phone rep, I did sign a contract, which stated a $200 early cancellation fee. This happened to me once before...that's why I asked this time. But, bottom line MY FAULT...I can't trust the word of ANY salesmen...they all lie for the sale...when the customer finally realizes the issue, the salesman is long gone. I should have asked for a copy of my signature and the contract while on the phone, but I was so livid, I just hung up. I keep screwing up all around...didn't slam the door on a solicitor...didn't read the contract...didn't ask the right questions when I called to cancel. I bet you guys look for suckers like me all the time! Okay, rant done! But I will spread the word wherever I can.

I did a review based on the person that came out but upon further review, stay away from them. When the little lads came to get me signed up no one said I'd pay $150 for my first service and then a month later I am paying $180. That alone has stung because they said I'd be charged once in July and not again until November. I had Massey before and didn't require so many re-service calls. So I called today to cancel and get a re-service. But if you cancel it is a big no to getting their services. This has got to be one of the worst companies on the planet. We had better customer service when I was in thr Army. I have already communicated with others in our community to not allow your salesman into our neighborhood. I have a calendar invite to ensure I do not forget to cancel.
Scam! Do not use this company! The sales person lies and misrepresents services. Told me they would do month to month. Charges for services they never provided. Constantly calls with threats to pay 365 or they’ll report it to my credit company and text me even after I told them to 🛑. This company needs to be shut down. And before they lie and say they don’t know what I’m talking about I have all text and receipts with dates of constant text where I’ve informed them of no services provided and ask to stop being harassed but they still text and call with threats. #cantbebulliedoutofmoney #scam
This company is a rip off. I signed up for service and paid $150 to start. They performed the first service. I continued to have ants and spiders in the yard and house while they charged me $55 every month, but the tech never came out When I call to cancel the service, they charged me a $150 cancellation fee. Basically, they robbed me of $315. A hefty price to pay to learn a company is crooked. I'll do my best to let everyone I know not to use this company. I'm in the process of disputing the charges with my credit card company. We'll see how that goes. Bottom line, they don't honor their end of the contract, but will hold you financially responsible for your end. That's a terrible business practice and they should be avoided at all cost.
DO NOT USE URBANEX! I would not recommend this company. You are put into a 1 year contract without the ability to cancel unless you want a pay a fee. Our representative that "sold" us on this pest service lied and misled us when we asked about canceling. We have been waiting for over a week for a supervisor to contact us back! We have already called twice and still haven't received a call. Run to another pest company! Others have reported issues too

Gave them a year after being with Massey for 13 years. Worst service ever!!! Had more bugs than ever before and new ones we never experienced. I addressed every time they came and nothing changed. Don’t do it! Total scam!!! The only reason the ratings are high is because the techs harass you to do them at every service.

Extremely disappointed with their service. I constantly had pest issues inside and outside and had to have them return multiple times to basically explained to me why they weren’t going to be completing the service and wasting my time. I finally was able to cancel service with them and immediately after canceling I still had issues that should’ve been covered under my last spray which was done about two weeks ago, and unless I reactivate, even though I’ve paid for the service, they won’t come back and treat the issues that should’ve been treated earlier this month. For the amount of money that this company charges and the one-year binding contract, they should really have better customer service and guarantee their services after it’s paid for. Do not recommend using this company unless you like Throwing your money away!
Their employee came to my home today to solicit services, but decided to not abide to the sign above my door that says "no soliciting". When I answered the doorbell and stated I was not interested in their soliciting and then shut the door, he proceeded to make fun of me all while still in sight of my doorbell camera which captured and heard it all. Really shameful behavior by their employee, so I would recommend that you do not use their services if they choose to hire employees who treat their potential customers with such disrespect like this.
2 out of the 4 times they came out, they had to return to redo or do areas they clearly missed. This last time I provided pictures twice of the areas missed and still didn’t get them. And when they returned, it was 3 days after the date of service. They charge almost double of most companies and do a horrible job.
