In short, on 3/16 I called to schedule an appointment for Saturday the 24th and no one showed up. Called to follow up and was advised that a supervisor would call back today 5/27. No one called and the gentleman is unable to locate the request for call back or provide insight as to why no one called. He put in a second request for a call back.
