Respectful of property. Performed extermination services , brushed cob webs on front porch and easement . Products used work well. If there are breakthrough issues , they can send someone out to resolve in a very timely manner with just a phone call.

I have a clear no soliciting sign by my door. The employee still pounded on my door twice and rang the doorbell. What a failure of a company if these basic principles are not understood.

I told your salesman who banged on my door numerous times that I’m not interested. Leave people the hell alone and take no for an answer. Three times I told him I’m not interested and he refused to leave. Nobody wants to have solicitors annoying the hell out of them for a service they dont want.

We were very impressed with Carly. We've used various exterminators for the 40 years my wife and I have owned our home, but she provided the best service we’ve had in a long while. She’s knowledgeable, polite, and actually takes pride in her work. It’s a breath of fresh air to deal with someone so professional. 5 stars.

The Men for this company came to my house asking if I wanted services, I tried to politely decline as much as possible but they kept asking. I told them I would need to talk to my wife about it and they made comments like “you don’t want to be sleeping on the couch tonight” and when I was closing the door one of the employees starting saying “you don’t have a wife.” Very disappointed with this form of communication

One of their sales reps came knocking on our door after 5PM today, I've attached a photo of him reading our no soliciting and blatantly ignoring it. I've also attached a picture of the sign he was reading which explicitly says "Do not knock". His actions awoke my newborn that I had just gotten to sleep. I tried conversing multiple times over my ring camera, to which he pretended to be on his phone and ignored. When my husband walked out on the porch to confront him, he was halfway down the street on a scooter and gave a half-hearted "No worries". So thank you sir, for leaving me with a crying baby and a despise for this company and their sales people. Do not recommend!

They have door knockers that come in to community’s in the Tampa area where there are no solicitors signs and no trespassing but still continue to walk around even after being asked to leave the neighborhood!!! Bad business very bad business!!!

Horrible solicitation. I have a “no soliciting” sign on my front door that was ignored. They were banging on my door so loudly and aggressively and would not go away. My husband answered our Ring camera and spoke to them declining the service. They were rude, obnoxious, and even came back a second time a few hours later and spoke directly into my camera saying more obnoxious bs. Who the heck are you hiring?? Super unprofessional.

One your solicitors knocked on my door and rang the doorbell. When I said "no thanks" and closed the door he continued to ring my doorbell. You'd better "educate" your people before someone gets hurt.

Spidexx Pest Control going door to door. Saw my “please don’t knock. Sleeping baby” sign and said “I’ll knock lightly” and proceeded to knock, make my dog bark, and wake up my baby. Also price was astronomical. Called to complain about the door knocking but was curious on the pricing. Sky high compared to other in the area

I have been using this company when it was originally Bold Servicing and now that I want to cancel and paid my quarterly due that is not being utilized now they are refusing to refund the the remaining payment for the months that are not being utilized. Will not use or recommend to any one. Mind you the techs were nice and courteous

They will keep charging you insane amounts on a monthly basis but would only come out to the property once every 3 months. The guy always comes early in the AM and is done in less than 5 min and disappears before you can talk to him or see him do any actual work. Very scammy would not recommend.
