We’ve had 3-4 different occasions where we’ve taken the day off for a scheduled inspection or maintenance and they never show up. We call after our scheduled time and all they say is “would you like to schedule another appointment?” and “it’s free” as if it’s not only free because we pay them monthly for the other stuff we have them do. This is even with us calling ahead of time to make sure we’re on the schedule. If we didn’t have to stay with them for the warranty on the job we had done we’d switch already. Edit: Reached out to the number that was given and was told the supervisor was on lunch break and would get back to us. It’s been a week with nobody reaching out yet.

Bad service they don’t show up always mark nobody available to sign but we both work from home and have security cameras around my hole house and magically they never catch them doing the service but always get billed for it spent over $800 for mole removal and yard just as bad as before you call and get an ai and never hear back from an actual employee
