Not happy with the service and they lock you in deceptively. You have 3 days to cancel a contract, but you have wait 1-2 weeks to see if the service works. Was never told that after service you’ll see more pests before they are dead. Not happy.

Luke was honestly amazing from start to finish. He’s extremely knowledgeable and you can tell right away he really knows what he’s doing. He explained everything clearly, answered every question we had, and just made the whole process feel easy. On top of that, he’s super personable, friendly, funny, and just really easy to talk to. You don’t feel like you’re being “sold,” you feel like you’re talking to someone who actually takes pride in their work and wants to help. They’ve already come out to do our first pest control treatment, and the tech was just as great, he was very knowledgeable and even gave us helpful tips on how to get rid of the wasp residue around the house. Overall, such a great experience. Luke is really good at what he does and it shows.

I'd give it a 0 if I could. Dude knocked on my door 3 times in succession, range the doorbell, repeated the knock, rang the doorbell, repeated the knock and doorbell one more time. Didn't answer - I'm working. Guy comes back 3 hours later - does it AGAIN. Take a hint, a) people at home are working or b) resting / sleeping until they go to work.

Richard Pickens stopped by to offer me a pest control package, and even though I’m already under contract with another provider, I wanted to leave a review because of how professional he was. He was polite, respectful of my time, and not pushy at all. He explained the services clearly and answered my questions without any pressure. It’s rare to come across someone so courteous and knowledgeable. If I wasn’t already committed, I would definitely consider working with him. Highly recommend!

During a recent conversation, our Branch Manager reviewed your upcoming ODP appointment, which included a note to treat the laundry room. Although flea interior treatments are not included in the ODP service outlined in your agreement, our technician provided a complimentary treatment as a courtesy and discussed additional options should further treatment be needed.<br>We understand your concerns regarding flea coverage. To help, we offered several options, including:<br><br><br>Adding GPC service for expanded coverage (with reduced package pricing),<br><br><br>A one-month service credit, and<br><br><br>A manager visit to further assess the situation.<br><br><br>At the time, these options were declined, and the call ended before next steps could be finalized. However, we did confirm that your ODP service remains scheduled, and we will also be reaching out again to ensure you feel supported.<br>For transparency, the services you receive and pay for are clearly outlined in your agreement. Not happy at all i wasn't going to do this but I was approached by a young college guy i told him I just moved here I'm into alot of payment plans and couldn't afford even the slightest payment plan after the 1st treatment I tried to cancel but they said atleast take the next treatment since I'm close already . I called to terminate the following treatments I have email screenshot and talked to numerous ppl they still charged me a termination fee I change my card I have the confirmation of termination prior to the charge still charged me 149.99 its a bad situation now I'm fighting the CC company and now them this is my first or second negative post look me up on Google idc but I will never ever recommend this company again hopefully ppl will also that had the same experience as me will repay

They kept rescheduling my services for the “first available opportunity” while continuing to deduct money from my bank account. FYI — it doesn’t matter if you’re on a monthly payment plan; they only provide general pest control once every three months. Every time I requested a sooner visit because the insects kept coming back, they came up with excuses instead of addressing the issue. Definitely not worth the hassle or the money.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!! I would not recommend this company to anyone! They did an absolutely horrible job the first time they came to service my house. We called them to come back out and the second time was even worse. After attempting to cancel they have continued to charge my card, even going as far as changing the merchant name after I blocked any further payments so they could continue to charge me.

I called to set up an appointment for ants and 2 bugs I found in my home. The rep who set up the appointment informed me that they could do it with no issue. Unbeknownst to me he failed to mention it would be $180 for the visit when I was paying $60 a month before meeting my contract obligations. $180 for ants and 2 bugs. It's bad enough this company charges you every month but only come out every 2 months, but this price gouging for one visit is bull dung. I will not do business with Proforce again. You can spray your own yard for $180. It's a rip off people. I'm going back to Urbanex. The staff there were more accommodating and they came out to my home every month. I didn't have to deal with the aggressive sale tactics either.

Door to door salesman ignored no soliciting signs then tries to argue that he's not soliciting. Soliciting is coming to my door trying to offer me products or services. Charlotte county requires a permit for door to door sales which this guy did not. Also got mad at me when I yelled at him for driving his Segway across my lawn.

I would recommend no one purchase services from ProForce Pest Control, just had a young kid at my door trying to sell its services. It's Labor day, a national holiday and this company is out bothering residents in a subdivision with "No Soliciting" signs on our front entrance as well on my property. If this company can't respect the wishes to not solicit then that will surely disregard any other requests, avoid doing business with this non patriotic company. Not Professional

I do not recommend this company, I started this service when I bought my first home and had them spray before i even moved in to make sure there would be no issues. Still noticed bugs were still an issue, called they brought out another guy to spray and was told that everything was taking care of. Wasn’t just one week after the last guy sprayed I’m still seeing insects inside, called to canceled but I’m getting the run around. I called multiple times and was told a service manager was to get back to me, this has yet to happen and I’m getting notified that they want more money after I called to cancel their service… not a good choice for your pest control service

From there, your request to cancel was sent to the branch, and our service manager reached out multiple times between 8/8 and 8/18 before the account was closed. The early termination fee you mention was applied per the terms of the agreement.<br><br>We never want a client to feel like they’re getting the runaround, and we appreciate the chance to clarify what happened here. I never heard of this company until solicited at my home. Nice guy, but I did not need the service. But, I gave in and decided to give it a shot. This was a mistake. The company requires that you sign an agreement for TWELVE months. That's nearly $1,200 per year for a service that you don't need unless you have an infestation, imo. I did not have an infestation in the home, however, the service was not effective for our home. I kindly explained this to support and asked if they could waive the $149 agreement termination fee. After 2 weeks of waiting, the response was no. The service is cancelled and I got hit with the fee. I had known the terms and take responsibility. My advice: Seek the service out if you have a serious pest problem, but say no if only a few come to your door.

I just received an email via BBB, from Hawks final response to me from management. They took my $320, but NOT service my lawn. If you want to get robbed, stressed,lied to, and finally still have bugs in your house call Hawks Termite. The technician are awesome!! The company business ethics and practice, you should lose your license and pay fee. I DO NOT recommend Hawks at all!! Hawks, you owe me a service the least to say and this is my final response to you. God bless 🙏
