Hello, I just would like to take the opportunity and recognize Andy my new service technician from Pest Bear. I find Andy to be very knowledgeable at his job. From the very beginning he's giving me the confidence that he was going to get my lawn under control. And he has surpassed above and beyond my expectations. His professionalism and courtesy and love of what he does I find very admirable. Because of Andy I recommended Pest Bear to two of my neighbors and they both signed on as new customers. Andy continue to bless the customers you serve and you will be rewarded very hamsomly. Pest Bear you have a very good man working for you.

They kept charging my credit card after services were cancelled and now refused to credit the amount. I was charge $125 for airation service which I had cancelled. Company rep claims he pass the cancellation request to the office but they ignored. He offered a credit on account if I restart the service later on.... buyer beware

I do not recommend PestBear. I was specifically looking for a local company that truly understands Florida lawn care and pest control challenges. We hired them for lawn care and pest control services, but after starting service, we discovered worms in the grass while planting. We contacted the company and explained the issue, but the problem was never properly resolved. We also continued experiencing spiders and other bugs around the property even after treatment. My husband called multiple times because the service was not meeting our needs, but no effective long-term solution was provided. When I called to cancel, I was transferred to a director because cancellations apparently require director approval. During that conversation, I was offered additional free services and was told that a manager would come to my house to perform a comprehensive review of our lawn and pest control needs. However, it has now been a week, and no manager has shown up or followed up. I called again today, and the customer service representative informed me that they still need the directors approval. She attempted to contact them while I was on the phone, but no one answered as a called closed to 5pm. I was told I should expect another callback tomorrow. The employees themselves are very nice and polite, but the company does not appear to provide a thorough evaluation of customer needs, and the cancellation process has been unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming.

After a year of substandard service, German cockroaches have reappeared. This is the only company that does not cover pest control services inside your home. They are charging me an extra fee of $240 but I pay for a separate quarterly service for pest control. This is a scam. They want 240 every time German roaches appear inside the home.

My local PestBear in Casselberry couldn't help me but Justin Cooper took the time though to explain my plan. The plan offered was not right plus charged for my free month. I called Pestbear Corporate office. Now do you want to speak with the man in charge or the Woman who knows what's going on? Oh yes I got Tabitha She fixed my plan and made me Happy. I got a slight refund for the mistake as well. Tabitha you Rock. Nobody would listen to my plight. (Management in Casselberry). PestBear does a Great Job! Omar especially. Please make your staff like Tabitha! If I call for service.. I should not be charged. Update training manuals please. Again Ty Tabitha for listening and fixing this horrible issue. What a dream of a pest-control company! They responded immediately to my inquiry about possible termites and showed up the very next morning to asses, providing expertise and reassurance along the way. Price was great too!

DO NOT USE PEST BEAR. This company will call you endlessly and harass you if you cancel service. Since canceling a month ago, they have called me multiple times each week and even multiple times in a single day. They do not care if you tell them to put you on a "do not call" list - which I told them to do the day I canceled and have reiterated this every call since. If you block the number they call you from a different number. They make it very clear that they are purposely calling you over and over as a punishment for canceling.

Vernon takes great care of our home! He walked us through all his steps and has been very helpful. Since he arrived not one bug in sight! He took care of a bunch of ants that were on a serious mission. Definitely recommend!

Johnny Jean came by and did an amazing job. He was also very knowledgeable. We are very grateful for his work. This guy is amazing and should get a raise. We would def want him to be our permanent exterminator. Thanks Wanda

Malcolm was our technician from Pestbear. he was very professional. He made sure I had a number to reach him if my lawn did not improve. He remembered the condition of it from a previous visit. Malcolm is very friendly and did a thorough job despite it being the hottest day ever! Thank you Malcolm !
