The company is very responsive to your needs and concerns, and will return, free of charge, if there are any problems between treatments. We are fortunate to have a technician who calls a day or two ahead to check if the day and time is convenient. Always on time and does a great job of treating. He will go the extra mile and research any questions you may have and call you with the answers.

Excellent company

Job was completed on scheduled and the service was professional. I have used them several times However they were unable to charge a credit card that I gave them since the card was limited to the exact amount for the job,(Over $2000). They took it upon themselves to use a different credit card number they had on file for another job that was under $200. Since i assume they wanted to combine the payments. They gave me no warning about this and we found out later when we got our credit card statement. The money was owed to them either way but, this is bad accounting practice to not inform the customer of how the finance will be handled.

Great service

Service and advisor professionals were prompt and thorough in helping to establish service for our new home, clearly in need of pest extermination. Kudos to Lawrence Marshall and Bill Decker for their dedication to customer service!
