I talked to Randy Spatz about continuing the service on a house we recently bought and everything was very well explained to me such that we decided to go with the Pest Control + Mosquitos service and probably add Termites later on. The house have the wiring system in which the technician does not need to enter the home to service it. STAY AWAY! Do NOT recommend!!!! I got a bill in March for Taexx service at my home. Upon receipt, I called to notify them that my house was sold and no further service was needed. The customer service rep never canceled so the bill in June came. I called to argue that my house sold 2 mos ago and this should’ve been canceled.
