Awful years of experience. I stopped using them years ago for pest control but kept the termite warranty since it's only needed once every couple of years and only $150 to renew annually. Since May, I had rescheduled the tenting 2 times, pushing out appointments. Meanwile, this week I had a family medical emergency and had to run out of town. Although the key was left out for a relative checking on the property, it was in the same location I gave them and was there on the 22nd when Haskell came to my house, checked the location and proceeded to tent my house with no commuication, email or text reminders since the last time I spoke to them which was literally weeks ago. I found this out when I coincidentally called them on the 24th, while still out of town, to once again reshedule out, due to this family medical emergency. At that time, they let me know they had already tented the house and clearing it today. I was in total shock. Speechless. Nothing had been prepped in the house and there was so much food in cabinets and refridgerator that it was obvious. What kind of company would send no reminders that they were entering somone's private property to do something as serious as fumigate with deadly poisonous gas and then not at least check with the homewoner about whether the property was prepped when this much food was visible? In the end, I had to throw out all my food, re-buy medical prescriptions cash (since insurance would not pay again) and go through the stress of trying to re-stock some of the food immediately. Hundreds of dollars. In addition, they damaged my gutter and I won't know how badly until I get on the roof and do a full inspection, which they make you sign off liability on. My experience with them has always been terrible until I finally found CROSS PEST CONTROL, an amazing pest control company and got rid of them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE A 1.9 on YELP and rightfully so. This should be "0" stars.

The team was quick to coordinate and spot treat a termite issue I was having. Peter came out, and was quick, and efficient. Great work and a great person. Thanks Haskell team

Cancelled last minute on our townhome tenting due weather being too cold when they told us they would tent as long as temps were above 40, which they are forecasted to be 45-60! Would not recommend!

I had been dealing with a severe rat issue in home for months that no other pest control company was able to help me with. All of the companies my landlord was using were pretty much useless and made me feel crazy. Haskell was the one to really help, thank you haskeeeeelll

Extremely unprofessional.

Their driver nearly caused an accident from his own failure to yield right of way. When we called this company to complain about dangerous driving, they accused us of lying and running lights. If this is how they treat people and lie, I can’t imagine how poor their work must be as well!

Use them all the time in my business and for personal homes. Always fair and go the extra mile. Janet is wonderful to work with. Nice to have competent people to deal with.

Just had my first drywood termite spot treatment and Haskell was professional from the estimate through the work being completed. James Black was our service tech and he was so nice and explained the process thoroughly and meticulously completed the job. I would highly recommend Haskell

Luis was absolutely amazing! He was so thorough in his work and was so patient to explain the different things he uses. We used the one time ant exterminator package. If anyone is looking for a year contract or a one time exterminator, my husband and I definitely recommend Haskell and Luis. Luis has different ways to combat ant problems and is also so kind, communicative, and professional.

I was introduced to Haskell through my landlord. Luis the rep from Haskell came out and examined all the ant issues were were having. He clearly explained where they were coming from and what is course of action would be. He was very informative and took his time to explain his plan. When he was finished he gave me him cell number in case I needed him to revisit the site within the first 30 days. Luis was great and I plan to use Haskell and request him for my personal home in the future for pest control. 5 Stars

I have received an amazing service with Luis from Haskell Pest control after just one visit! I noticed less activity with German roaches and every roach that I find is dead. I’ve been suffering from a roach infestation in my apartment.I am now able to sleep and live in peace. If anyone is suffering from the same situation I recommend you call and ask specifically for Luis. He is very through and gets the job done. It has been a relief for me. And those suffering from the same problem, there is an effective solution.

Daniel came to our house to evaluate for termites. There appears to be evidence of an area that was treated previously for termites. We had our roof redone recently and the banging on the roof knocked old frass onto the floor. He really went the extra mile to show me what he was looking at, as well as provide tips and information for the future. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Raul is our normal technician and he is excellent as well. He is thorough and easy to contact. We have had a great experience with Haskell!

Great service! We just had our home treated for ants and roaches. They were very thorough and offered follow up treatments if we weren't satisfied.
