I've been using Emergency Pest Patrol for my annual maintenance and termites for several years. They are very responsive and I appreciate the reminders. Thank you Denise. Ryan was this year's tech. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and clearly explained the different treatments when he noticed signs of rodents in my attic. I was able to pick the best option for me. I have used this company for over 25 years. The annual treatment allows for as many return visits as necessary to keep the house pest free.

I would give this company no stars. This company is shady. We paid a $1200 deposit for crawl space exclusion- and they never showed up to do the job. They made one excuse after another. Then, they gave us a check to refund our deposit - and it bounced. Stay far away from this company! I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and taking further action to get our money back.

Have used them for years for preventive treatment. They were great until we used them about 6 months ago for bats in our attic and it’s been an atrocious experience. They took our $500, put up a net and disappeared. Several follow up calls later someone showed up, however the bats were still in our attic. They moved the net to cover an opening missed during the first inspection and have once again disappeared. Can’t remember the last time they returned a phone call. We were previously promised a refund and that hasn’t happened either.

Great company they've taken care of my house hold problems for years wouldn't trust any other company but them to take care of my pest problems

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I had a diamond wedding band and a diamond necklace stolen by a "trainee" technician of Emergency Pest Patrol, LLC. Although he was supposed to be supervised at all times, he was left alone to steal from me!! EPP admitted that they did not do a background check on this worker. When I did a background check (just googled his name) I found that he had a rap sheet 2 pages long!!! including for grand larceny and domestic violence. i was alone in my house while this criminal was here! We have started a lawsuit against EPP and the owner Roberto has admitted guilt and offered to settle. Since that time we have never heard back from them. We will continue with litigation against this unprofessional and negligent company. STAY AWAY!!!

TL;DR: Avoid Emergency Pest Patrol at all costs. No resemblance to who they were several years ago. Horrible. Almost to the point of a scam. We used EPP for a few years for our insect control service and, though the treatment doesn't last long, they were responsive when roaches eventually showed up. However - the good technicians always move on after a brief period, and you're left with substandard service. The real problem is their rodent control service - they have NO idea what they are doing, but will happily take your money, damage your home (and brand-new artificial turf) all while accomplishing NOTHING. When you call to discuss why the approach isn't working, they send someone out who clearly has not been trained. The person sent to do the exclusions has no idea what they are doing. The management will do everything they can to swindle you. Now, we have had to move on to another company - hardworking folks who know what they are doing - and they have done a much more thorough inspection and my hair stood on end when I saw the number of giant and obvious openings that Emergency Pest Patrol didn't even bother to look for or address. I have spoken with management several times in attempt to recoup some cost, since I have to start over with another company, and they have been shady and slippery. In short, stay well away from Emergency Pest Patrol!

Don't use their services! I purchased trapping services with them, but ended up with 3+ months of headaches. The employees are unprofessional and unethical. My trapping services were for 30-days, but only had the traps at the property for less than a week since they didn't have enough employees to check or replace them on a regular basis. After complaining, I was assigned a new employee who only set the traps for a couple of weeks again and dissapeared. On top of that, they broke the entrance to the attic and did not say anything. The last rep promised a pest control treatment for the inconvenience and because he never caught the rotten, but after a couple of weeks texted saying he was not going to work for free. I'm still waiting for a resolution call. Don't fall for their scam!

I have used this company for 19 years but I'm sorry to say that their company and customer service has become less than acceptable. They called me and set a date for my annual termite inspection. At that time I also paid in advance. When the agreed upon date and time arrived no tech showed up. I called them and was told they were on a new software system so there was a mistake on their side with setting the appointment. I was told they would call me "right back" with the rescheduled date and time. A week then went by, no call. I had to contact them once again. I received another apology. Again told me that they would call me "right back. Again no word from them! I requested via email to have a manager call me. I received a voice mail saying the manager would reach out to me the next business. No call. A tech did come to service our home. Since we didn't take out our frustation on the innocent tech, the company assumed everything was a okay. I'm so disappointed that after 19 years we have been treated this way. I'll be using a different company next year.

One year after completing the job get a Voice Mail saying THEY forgot to include sales tax on work they had done in December 2016. If I do not give them $50 they are sending me to collections. The paper I was handed as a final bill was paid in full immediately. This is some sort of scam by Emergency Pest Patrol. Very classy reply by them as well.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Paid over $400 to eradicate rodents in a house lived in by my son. They set traps in the attic. While setting the traps, they moved the pan under the air handler, which caused a leak. When I called and spoke with Chris, it appeared as if the company would reimburse me for the $400 repair that was caused by the leak. When Dwayne, the manager, called me he said that the company would send me a check. That check must be in the mail for over three weeks. Dwayne did call me, however, to suggest multiple pest control treatments and remedies for the house that totaled over $2,000. I got a second opinion from a professional who TEACHES pest control to most of the companies in the Tampa area. He stated that putting traps in the attic was a terrible way to alleviate the problem. There should have been rodent bait stations at the exterior of the house and the attic sealed. His estimate was $256. This INCLUDED sealing the house from further rodents. I paid Emergency Pest Patrol $400 to get rid of the rodents and then they quoted me over $500 to seal the house from further rodents. It is infuriating that I paid over 2/3 more than I should have AND I had an additional $400 expense of repairing the ceiling where the roof leaked. Thank goodness for American Express and DISPUTES.
