Nicholas was great. He was very pleasant yet professional at the same time. I contacted Brooks Pest Control because of a rodent issue under our home and they sent Nicholas out the next day. Nicholas went above and beyond for us, I asked for help with a rodent problem and in addition he sprayed around the outside of my home and even removed some wasp nests. He was just awesome and I really appreciate all he did. Trent came back for a follow up visit to treat the outside and check out the traps for any signs of activity. Great service and very pleasant and professional techs.

My Tech today was on point when I tell you he went beyond my expectations he went behind the stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator he also went and inside the cabinets. He was very nice and respectful. Please send him out to my house the next time as well. Thanks for everything!!!

I had Nicholas at my home today. He explained in detail what he was going to do and when done went over another service he thought I should have. It wasn't a sales pitch he was trying to help me. I had just got out of the hospital yesterday and when we were outside took my arm to help, told me to go back inside. When he was done asked if I needed anything before he left You as a Company have an excellent employee in him.

Nicholas was great. He did our initial treatment and was both patient and informative. He reassured us that he'd solve our problem, and the way it would all be done progressively. Customer service was also very helpful answering our questions before our initial treatment. We highly recommend Brooks Pest Solutions and our technician, Nicholas. Was scheduled between 8 and 11 and was there at 8 wich was awesome energetic and knowledgeable professional and attentive explained what he was going to do,and got to work. I will definitely recommend your company to others because of him. I believe he will solve my problem which is the worst infestation I have ever seen. Brett did a great job thank you

This company is a subcontractor , you wont ever be able to speak to a local representative at all. They came out and sprayed for rats and put only 1 bait box for the entire property knowing very well in advance that I needed only the service for rats or mice only . First of all spray is not for rodents and wont work on them. This company advertises same day service if called before 8pm that day which is not true and is false advertising. Second it is a 2 year contract for preventative not treatment . 3rd of all it has not worked at all and the problem has gotten much worse. Instead of this company taking care of the problem they wanted to ride out the 3 days allowed to cancel the agreement purposely. I advise everyone to stay away from this company even if it is a new company only been in business for less than a year. Do not waste your time . They even said the driver would call me the day of the appointment which never happened and that I received a automated text instead from a foreign country. Do not be conned by the 5 star rating that was done by the owners personal relatives . They were told just how severe the rodent situation is because of my next door neighbor having thousands of them in advance before even coming out. They should had put bait as well as additional traps but only put 1 for a half of acre and a 1234 square foot home . Is very sad that this new company does not care about their new customers. And does not honor their own advertising. This is also to the owner , you should fire your manager at customer service for not explaining the situation appropriately. I also am opting to cancel the 2 year agreement as it has only ben 22 hours sence the first appointment visit .
