We have been using Best's services for about 5 years and are very happy with them keeping our home bug free. Ross is our tech and he is always quick and efficient with treatments, and is able to help give tips on what we can do to help prevent bugs in the home. When we do see anything unusual, he has a solution available. Thanks Best and Ross!

BEST decision I could have made. The service is excellent and the Customer Service is beyond excellent...superb. I have not had any pest issues, and I credit this company in helping me to maintain my home. The technician who operates in my area, Darryl C., is the most amazingly nice human. I feel very "well taken care of" by this company and I highly recommend them to anyone that I know who is looking for an affordable, reliable, and commendable service company. They are the BEST !

I am a renter & have been dealing with rats for around 6 months now. Finally my HOA called out Best Termite & Pest Control and they sent Daryl out. He came out fast, was very knowledgeable and let me know where the rats were coming in and out and told me I had to get a door on my laundry room before he could treat. The day I called him to let him know the door was on, he was right back at my home. Every time I call to let him know there is one in the traps, he comes out right away, as he knows I am too squeamish to dispose of them myself. He is always patient & kind & never makes me feel bad about calling him out, just to get rid of a dead rat for me. He always calls to check on me, and is always there when I need him. This world could use more Daryls in it!!! Would highly recommend for any and all pest control needs!!

I had a very frustrating experience with Best Termite & Pest Control due to poor communication and unprofessional billing practices. On June 19, 2025, I contacted Best Pest requesting a quote to address a rodent issue at a vacant property I was selling. I explicitly asked for a quote and authorized them only to visit the property to assess and provide pricing. Their representative confirmed by email that a supervisor would stop by. After that visit, I never received a quote, proposal, invoice, or any follow-up communication indicating that work had been performed or that services were authorized. Because I heard nothing back, I assumed no work was done and proceeded to hire and pay another pest control company to resolve the issue. In all fairness, I believe what likely happened is that whoever was responsible for scheduling or dispatching may have instructed the field technician to perform work without confirming authorization. I do not know for certain whether work was actually completed, but I believe it probably was. The issue is that I never authorized service, was never informed that service was being performed, and was never given a quote or opportunity to approve the work. Months later, on September 18, 2025, I was unexpectedly contacted by Best Pest demanding payment for services they claimed were rendered. This was the first time I was made aware that they believed work had been performed. The original bill was $200, and a late fee of approximately $20–$30 had been added. Their only concession was to remove the late fee, but I was told that if I did not pay the $200 charge, the account would be sent to collections. When I explained the situation and stated that I believed the correct amount owed was zero, I was met again with threats of collections. In an effort to avoid damage to my credit, I even offered to pay a partial amount as a compromise. That offer was refused. Ultimately, I paid the bill in full under protest solely to avoid dealing with a collections dispute that could negatively impact my credit. This review is being left to document poor communication, lack of clear authorization procedures, and unprofessional handling of a billing dispute. I welcome a factual response from the company and any documentation showing authorization or correspondence indicating that service was approved.

Best Termite and Pest Control has been servicing us for almost four years. They do an excellent job of protecting the outside of our house and even sprayed our garage for roaches. I recommend using them.

Quick response to any issue. Josh has maintained my home for at least a decade and always goes above and beyond my expectations. Diligently monitors interior and exterior. A pleasure to have him on the property.

We really appreciate that guy that comes to spray. We have seen a drastic reduction in bugs, with only the occasional one here and there right before time for the next spray. Our guy is kind and thorough.

About 3 months the bug exterminator shawn came out to do a beg bug infestation and it didnt go well im still seeing bed bugs in my home i reached out to him he was suppose to come back to my home within 24 hours and didnt show up i was very much overcharged $1,500 for the job shawn came out & did & its Very unacceptable because when he told me he was coming out he didnt i do not want shawn to come back to my home my name is joan S. But on the other hand the other guy that comes out to spray for the insects. James he does a very great job at what he does im very much appreciate & love his work he really goes above and beyond.

I signed up for their service but the pest and mice issues have not been resolved. When I called the rep said they only do spray outside and refuse to correct the issue. Whatever they are doing is completely ineffective. I would not use them again.

On March 26, 2025, Best Termite & Pest Control, Inc. came out to tent my metal shed. Their crew stood on the roof and damaged it to the point that it leaks. Their representative, Shawn Frazier, promised Best would repair it and he made a point of taking a picture of the brand, make and model. Almost 4 months later, no repairs have been made. On 1 follow up call I made, Shawn claimed he made several calls and was having a hard time getting someone to come out but assured me they would pay for a repair before the rains started. Well, the rain season is here and I’ve heard nothing from Best Termite. In fact, they didn’t even bother to offer to tarp the roof for me. Lucky to have a neighbor that helped with that. Last month, the neighbor across the street used them for a service. The neighbor later shared their crew was laughing and talking about the incident at my house. Laughing that there was a tarp on the roof. I have made yet another call and no response from Best Termite. If you ask me, here’s what they are Best at: - Best at not returning calls - Best at avoiding their responsibility - Best at adding insult to injury - Best at providing terrible customer service

I attempted to end our contract with Best in May via the website but did not see an option to do so. As a result, it was my understanding that our contract with Best would terminate automatically after the sixth contracted service, as it had the previous year. The service we received was of poor quality. Our technician ignored our requests to socially distance, repeatedly knocked on our door despite our clearly posted signs not to ring the doorbell or knock. He also became defensive when we informed him that we were still seeing pests come into our home. I emailed Best and requested a refund for the service performed in August, as it was not authorized. I would also like to be refunded for the service performed in June as a courtesy. Best did not respond to the email for over a week. Reading their review, it appears this is a pattern, and this company would be be avoided.

Decent big company not a problem. Terrible lawn service. Used them for almost a year and saw no difference in our lawn looking better. Went to cancel and they said well you're in contract and owe us money for canceling.

This place is a total scam company! They charged me for trapping and removing for a week; however they did not trap or remove anything! When we called with a concern of them not coming to check the traps after a few days. They said they would come out Friday, then they came out on Thursday instead without a phone call. The service manager stated “ they have a month to fulfill their contract, yet they have not come back to even get their equipment (which mind you still HASN’T trapped anything) I’m so disappointed with them because they came highly recommend from a friend who does business with them. So basically let’s say this..if you’re not a major business this company will scam you into paying $450 to “trap and remove” when they will do no such thing!

DO NOT USE FOR LAWN SERVICE. We hired Best for our lawn service per the recommendation of our landscape installers, and it has been an unpleasant experience from the beginning. We've been using them for about 6 months now, and our lawn is one of the worst in the neighborhood. Keep in mind our lawn was brand new sod with a complete irrigation system that now has broad leaf weeds and large brown spots everywhere. It's to the point where we have other companies knocking on our door asking if we want help fixing our lawn... I've tried cancelling their service, but they have a clause in their contract that would cost us tons of money if we cancel early. At this point we are going to have to bite the financial bullet to save our lawn and move to a different company. I don't know if it is the incompetence of their technician, the chemicals they use, the lack of accountability to fix the issues they've created besides "more of the same", or bad business practices, but something isn't working and we are on the receiving end of it. Save yourself the headache and stay away.

I called them today after the technician checked the traps and left. Both Ernie, the lady answering the phone told me he was the supervisor, and the lady taking calls both hung up on me after I asked to speak to the owner or general manager. I found the phone etiquette to be very poor at best prior to being hung up on. After serving my country for almost 28 years honorably as an intelligence officer, I believe I know the proper ways to communicate with people and hanging up twice on someone who requests to speak to someone more senior I believe is a poor reflection of this company.

The person that came to my house performed a great job everytime services were rendered. I used then faithfully for over a year and s half. Then the one time i had to speak with the people on the office, it was the worst experience i have ever had. Even while trying to cancel my service was the biggest headache ever. They have done great workers but their management team is terrible. Mr Rick if you ever leave that company please call me and get me back on rotation
