My Technician Summer Coleman is the very best. She is very professional and very knowledgeable with her job and pest control. Summer has been to my home twice and I am never disappointed when she leaves. Summer always informs of the duties she performed and let me exactly know about the termite inspection and what was done in my home.

Anthony Mitri has responded twice to my request for assessment of my attic pest status. His honesty and thoroughness are commendable. I so appreciate the absence of a sales pitch. Though it seems I do not have a problem at this time, I would absolutely rely on Truly Nolen and Anthony for any future issues.

Truly Nolan has never failed us! They did a German roach treatment, and within a month we were roach-free! I got the 4 seasons contract as well, and ANY time I have an issue they respond right away! I've always received service within a couple of days, a week at the latest after reaching out. Steve and Sam have taken good care of us in the field, and Ayo is remarkable. Would not suggest anyone else!

I have nothing but great things to say about my recent experiences with Truly Nolan. James was so informative and helpful with one of the properties I manage that needed termite treatment. Summer went to a different property and called me to report on her findings. She was extremely professional and polite. Jordan is always so quick to get service set up for me and if also so very professional. Could not be happier.

Tech was Jaedon, I can not speak highly enough of my 1st encounter with Truly Nolan. From my first contact in calling to tech coming out but moreover cost at initial being $119.00 and everything that is included in that service. (LOT SIZE .11 OR 5K SQ FT) HOUSE 1K SQ FT. I add this as I'm not sure if that is the cost across the board or based off size of lots/house. I was amazed with all that was included as the last company I was with didn't do nearly all the things Truly Nolan did nor use the technique Truly Nolan uses which made 100% logic when explained why exterior is spray and interior is powder/traps. Inside was a powder (similar to borax) and little sticky traps. This stops any roach issue from happening (thankfully I don't have one but would love to keep it that way). Exterior: they wiped down my house -yes used a duster and wiped down the whole exterior to get any bugs hidden like spiders, wasp, etc. They put two grandulers down, one on existing ant beds, one for other bugs to kill them. Then did a thorough spray around foundation, hvac, doors, windows, etc. I can't tell you just yet how well it works but I cant see how it wouldn't. Best part initial was $119.00 then its less than $40 a month (I say this because I cant remember if it is $32 or $36 auto pay monthly) they only come out quarterly to treat exterior and if interior is needed at that time will treat inside to (which i typically opt in to for additional preventative measures). Moreover, if any issues arise before quarterly treatment they will come back out. (Which is common to other companies) Although, I feel they will make it a priority to be out ASAP if this was to happen. I am in a more rural area so bugs are prevalent so I am interested to see if the bugs continue to stay away with this switch over. Regarding the technician Jaedon, he was so nice but moreover he was on time, professional, and informative. He was also personable and overall I give him a 10/10 as a technician for the company. Truly Nolan as a whole 10/10- excellent. If any updates occur in will note that as well. Hope this helps the next person.

Not only was sommer overly nice, she was also quite accommodating. Very respectful and 100% understanding during the process. We had to leave halfway through (she was left to inspect the outside by herself) after she finished inspecting the inside. She even shut our gate (which is really annoying to open and close). She was fantastic.
