Really disappointed with my experience with Orkin. I was told that I was not eligible for a yearly contract because I rented, so I got the one-time service. The technician spent only a few minutes at my home, saying it was the easiest visit he'd ever had. There was no improvement, so within the 30 days, I asked for a retreatment, which was free. A different technician came out, spending a little more time. Still no improvement. I called Orkin to ask if I could possibly transfer to a yearly contr
