We've used McCall's for decades, and have no reason to try some other pest control service. Very good service, rendered by Michael today. Michael M. was our technician. He was supposed to come yesterday, 7/30. When I mentioned that to him he said he wasn’t aware and it wasn’t his fault. I told him we had some wasps nests. He said there was nothing he could do about that. I asked him if he would spray around the baseboards inside. He said he doesn’t like to because of my dogs (my dogs would mess with it). I asked him to spray for spiders. He said we typically only put bait out for roaches and we don’t spray for spiders. I would like to request another technician to service my house the next time.

Michael always makes sure ur pest control needs r met. He is courteous and knowledgeable about the products he is applying. He brings ur attention to any possible problem areas such as rotten stumps near the house or extremely wet areas near structures. He is a positive representative for the company he works for. McCall products have helped control bug issues at our home for many years.

Matt and Michael was our technicians and they was very professional and informative from the beginning to end.

Lisa was very professional and kind. My call was answered promptly and I was able to get a fast appointment the same week I called. Paul was thorough and informative.

The service department (not located in Tallahassee) is hopelessly inept. You may settle an issue with a representative only to have the issue reappear on a subsequent bill. They promise a call back and seldom comply. There is a turnover in technicians as well. One will be competent, the next incompetent and unacquainted with your property and its needs. I would urge you to avoid this hapless company at all costs. Terrible beyond belief.

Service on the yard is great. Communication from customer service can be trying at times. Also response to an immediate need on your yard can take a week at times. Sometimes the yard looks really bad by the time they get here. Currently their only 2 trucks are both broken down and can't get to my yard. In fact one of them broke during my servicing so my back yard got treated by my front yard did not.

The terrible service up till 12/7 I finally got somebody that did their job correctly
