Pro froce left me a voice messages saying they are coming to my home unannounced. I called back and said Hey, I never scheduled an appointment and that I don't need your services and to please take me off your list. To hear my family member state pro force arrived to our house on Wednesday unannounced seriously pissed me off. The answer was No whyyyy would you still come after I said Noooooooooooooooooooooooooo

I'm a longtime customer of Hawx, who this company bought out. Since taking over, they've begun using aggressive door-to-door sales tactics to try and push further services on me and my neighbors. We live in a clearly marked no soliciting neighborhood. Canceled my service with them and I've contacted TPD to request a trespass order for their sales team as they're illegally canvassing our neighborhood.

Marco is a phenomenal rep and person in general. I was totally comfortable talking with him as we set up my plan and schedule. He made sure I understood everything and that I was satisfied. I look forward to working with him and the company!

Horrible at following directions, very pushy, door-to-door salesman. knocks, and rings the doorbell, multiple times before you can even answer the door. Has came to my house three times in the last week in a no soliciting neighborhood.

Our neighborhood has a strict No Soliciting policy, and I even have a clearly visible "No Soliciting" sign posted at my front door. Despite that, a ProForce salesperson knocked on my door at 8:13 PM while my family was eating dinner. Not only was it frustrating to have our evening interrupted that late, but it was also disrespectful to ignore a clearly posted sign. If someone has taken the time to put up a "No Soliciting" notice, that should be the end of the conversation before it even starts. This was my first interaction with ProForce, and unfortunately, it left a very negative impression. Companies should respect homeowners, their time, and their clearly stated wishes. Ignoring "No Soliciting" signs and knocking on doors after 8:00 PM is not a good way to earn potential customers. I won't be doing business with a company that starts the relationship by disregarding such a simple request.

Don’t enjoy your door to door salesman Killearn Lakes is posted as a no solicitation neighborhood and I remind them of this.

Where should I begin. He waited VERY patiently for me to get to the door and even after, he stayed as long as it took to explain everything to me. Hes polite, respectful, confident in his sales and work ethics. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for pest control services. Ive been in the service industry for almost 2 decades and even still his level of dedication shocked me!

The call representative I spoke with in Tallahassee, very rude and inconsiderate of speaking with people professionally, and their sales people are riding around on hoverboards to promote sales in a area with backroads and trees, over all it was very suspicious, people have also stated their sales representatives that do door to door also have been going through mailboxes and throwing peoples mail on the ground .. the gentleman that came to my door while I was working talked to me over my ring camera basically doesn’t accept the word “no, I’m good” but also sat out by my road waiting on someone to pick him up and wasn’t gone until after 9PM, I was told by the person I spoke with “they are just college students what do you expect?!” .. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone honestly..

Joshua was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He answered all of my questions and was never pushy. While I wasn’t able to move forward with additional services at this time, I appreciated his honesty and would recommend him.

I had a bad problem with German or American roaches at my place and tried multiple agencies but none actually did anything and no improvement was ever seen until proforce. truly happy with their service and I can be at peace of not seeing roaches consistently. These things come from outside so they creep in very very occasionally but I mean once in a blue moon and previously it was a nightmare. Anyway, highly recommended and customer-service is excellent, quick and easy.

There is a big sign on my door, do not knock or ring door bell if you are a selling something. Your employee entirely ignored it knocking and ringing my bell. Be respectful, we are 100 percent not interested in door to door sales.
