Matt was very thorough and professional. This was the second to cheapest termite quote out of four, but the quality was way above all of the rest. He set up about twice the bait stations Terminix had set up years ago and sprayed for bugs everywhere. He was very quick to respond and set up service, and stuck to the price quoted. Easy to work with and pleasant personality.

Southwind Pest and Termite did a remediation and crawlspace encapsulation on our home several years ago .Matt and Steve did an outstanding job. After several years I wanted them to come out and conduct an inspection. I called to made an appointment for the next day for a inspection. Matt arrived right on the scheduled time and commenced the inspection. My space required some minor repairs, he discussed with me all required work and fees (which were fair and reasonable) ahead of time . All supplies were on his truck, so he was able to quickly knock out the repairs . All of my contact with Southwind, everyone has been very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Southwind and especially Matt.

This morning I called to schedule an appointment to get a quote for termite bond for my brothers townhouse. I told the person who I spoke to that it was an interior townhouse and gave her the address. She had to take a message because her computer was not up for someone to call me back. About 30 minutes later someone called to schedule an appointment and he made me feel like I didn't know what I was doing. He talked to me like a child. He said that he could come out later today but he would contact my brother to set up a time. He called me later in the afternoon and said that he spoke with my brother who was with his wife looking at another house and would be home soon. My brother is not married, not looking at another house and was at his townhouse waiting to meet with the tech. I let the tech know that he obviously had the wrong person but he said he would head that way anyways. A few minutes later my brother let me know he was away from the house so I called the tech back (I still haven't gotten the techs name) and let him know my brother was away but he could go ahead and look around and he would be back soon. This is when the tech told me it is company policy that the whole townhouse row be bonded through them in order for my brother to be bonded. This would have been really nice to know at 8:30 this morning when I called so that my brother was not sitting around until 3:00 waiting for this tech to come by. The tech that I spoke with not only made me feel like he was talking down to me but really wasted a lot of time. I could have called another company to come look at his house within the time that was wasted with this tech.

Never got rid of my bugs and service really went down hill since Mr. Marty left.
