AJ came out to do a termite inspection and explained what he was looking for and was able to point out a couple of things that I should keep an eye on for the future. Even though he was just here for a termite inspection he pointed out a potential place rodents might be tempted to enter the wall. And he was super nice and professional. I am really happy.
