Matt was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable, he removed the wasp nest after killing them and explained how the rodent baitbox worked. He looked for points of entry and gave advice on how to stop future problems. He also informed me of other services offered and provided information for those services. He is the Best Bug Man in town.
