Barber's Best Termite and Pest

While without a pest control contract, my yard became infested with yellow jackets. After multiple calls to other pest control companies that required a yearly contract agreement, and an exorbitant amount to treat, I found Barber’s Best Pest Control company at a fraction of the cost. They came out the very next day, walked my entire property to find the nest, treated, and came out two days later to bury the hole and follow up. Both the office and the tech were exceptionally kind and professional, and I can honestly say Barber’s Best is the BEST pest control company in town. Highly recommend *****

Since moving to Tallahassee in 2021, Barber's Best has provided me with outstanding service! Jamie in the office is so awesome, listens to my needs and concerns, and sends George who is the most knowledgable, professional and experienced exterminator I have ever met. The termite contract and quarterly service cost is very reasonable! The most important thing to me however, is that they treat me like family. I know that I have a partner in the pest maintenance of my home, not just another bill to pay. Their professionalism, kindness and attention to my needs and maintaining a good relationship is excellent! I love this company, cannot say enough good things, and would 100 percent recommend them!

Awesome company! My parents have used Barber's for a while now and recommended them. So when I found 5 roaches in a single evening, when we previously hadn't had any, I deep cleaned everything and couldn't sleep. I called first thing in the morning, worried it was way worse than what I was seeing because if I saw 5, how many were there that I couldn't see. A technician was able to come out the same day to spray and was very friendly, explained that the pesticide used was safe for pets, and that I likely had a different kind of roach than I'd thought. The service was quick, He sprayed the inside perimeter, outside perimeter and used a granular repellent and I haven't seen a single bug since. I was actually able to get some sleep that night. The peace of mind they gave me was a huge blessing, I would definitely use them again!

We've had them for termite and pest control for several years and always been very happy with them. Price is reasonable and the technicians are usually very courteous and professional. Recently we noticed bird sound in our bathroom air vent so called the company. The manager was kind of hard to reach, but eventually two technicians came and removed the bird nest and fixed the issue. When I asked them about the service fee they said there's No CHARGE because we have a regular service account with them. I was very impressed and grateful. Highly recommend this company!

I use Barber's Best for Termite and Pest control. They service both inside and outside the home and my entire front and back yard which I didn't find from any other providers as most only go 10ft from the dwelling. The same person comes to my property everytime which is great. They will come out at anytime for any concern you have and respray or support with a problem issue at no additional cost. I asked if seeing a few bugs was something I could call for or would I have to wait until it's a larger issue and they were very quick and sincere in saying that I can give them a call for anything at anytime and I should never wait which gave me so much comfort. I am very satisfied with the service and have no plan to stop using Barber's Best.

Hired this business to get rid of some small roaches. They came out a handful of times and were never able to fulfill that obligation. Now to be told, you have to pay for the service all over again even though they couldn't rectify the issue for the original payment.
