Had them inspect my house last year prior to purchase. They reported no termite damage and quoted me $400 to start service, $225 a year to continue. Decided to do it this year and they said they needed to reinspect. New guy now claims there is “pre-existing” damage behind a wall he can’t see behind. Extremely disappointed in the service they provided my business. We had a rodent problem at my business and they came out over a year ago to take care of the problem. They guaranteed that the problem would be taken care of and here we are a year later with the same issue. I call almost daily for them to come take care of the issue and still no change. The guy just comes out and lays a couple traps and leaves. I paid over $3000 for this service and still have the same problem.
