We are so impressed and pleased with the service we’ve received from our tech, Ben! He was so knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, informative, caring, etc. Unfortunately, they sold to Turner and I’m not happy!

I procrastinated on using a professional service and have maintained my property myself. Upon making a decision to try a service and choosing PEST ELIMINATORS I feel I made the right decision. Have had Will out a couple of times over the past. Very professional young man. Very polite and very knowledgeable. Anyone should be grateful to have an employee working for them like him. Don't know what he gets paid but probably not enough and certainly deserves a raise. No he's not my son or nephew or any relation.

Customer service could use a little more training, just saying. Fridays are very busy, everyone getting ready for the weekend. 😆

I am very happy with Pest Eliminators Inc. I must say I was skeptical that coming only four times a year after the initial complete visit would work. But it has! The first visit included going in baseboards , placing pesticides behind every receptacle, full treatment inside and outside. I'm shocked, but very happy! I also can't say enough wonderful things about my technician. Ben is knowledgable, professional, and an absolute joy to be around. He goes above and beyond. Definitely Ben is an asset to your company!

Ben came out to help remove a very aggressive momma rat and her babies from my garage. He was able to remove them and get us back to being able to use the garage again. He is awesome! Very nice guy. Extremely knowledgeable. Thanks Ben!

Our pest guy is great but the company sucks. Treatments are somewhat effective. Scheduling is terrible. You can have an active issue and it’s a several days to a week before they get out.

We were introduced to Pest Eliminators in Port Charlotte by a regular gust to our Siesta Sunset Royale beach house vacation rentals. Knowing that tenting our building was going to be expensive remedy for termites, we took our guest's recommendation to call and request them to eliminate our termite situation. Their price and warranty were very acceptable and in 2024 their technician spent part of a day eliminating a number of locations at our four story apartment building. They also educated us on how to stay vigilant in making sure we were not having a recurrence of termites. We were fortunate and had no recurrence seen until this month when we found a sign of termites again in two of our apartments. When we called Pest Eliminators we chose their appointment availability, which was today on May 28, 2025 about one year from their original treatment. Jason, the same person who eliminated the termites last year arrived and we showed him the new areas of signs of termites. He not only agreed, treated these new locations, but also rechecked our entire seven apartments and building areas looking for other signs of termites. This was all covered by their warranty and he reminded me to call again as soon as we notice frass within our building. Super "THANK YOU" to Pest Eliminators and especially to "BIG CHRIS" our regular rental guest who originally recommended us to Pest Eliminators.

Bryan has been to our home the last 3 timestamp. We were having snow ant infestation, among other things. Brian has always been very helpful. Made a one day trip out here to see if we could get rid of the ants so far so good he is thorough, teaching, and as there’s any at all questions.

Had an excellent tech his name was Ben and he knew what he was doing. It’s hard to find the right people that know what they anre doing. I am so thankful I called this company and they sent me Ben. He took care of my Palm Rat problem and lmk if it comes back I can call them.

I've used Pest Eliminators two times now. Ben has been the person that came out both times. He is awesome! Very nice guy. Very honest. Very knowledgeable. I had a few other companies come out the first time to give me qoutes. Their prices were ridiculous and now after using Pest Eliminators I see how the other companies were telling me I needed to have more done than I needed. I'm so glad been came out this second time and I will definitely request him if needed in the future. I highly recommend Pest Eliminators.

Joseph was extremely thorough in his work and very professional We have used pest eliminators for many years and have never had bug issues. In the rare case that we did they were out the next day to eliminate any bugs. Ben has been our tech for years. Very conscientious and knowledgeable

We are very happy with Pest Eliminators. We utilized their services when we lived up in Parrish. We are now in Punta Gorda and are happy that we still use them here. Each time we called to ask about a certain pest they were quick to send someone out. Both times we had a young man named Will service the yard. He is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Very pleased with their service. Bryan is truly the best! I’ve spoke with him before when he has come by and has always been helpful. But when I called and needed someone today for a short notice problem, the friendly woman in the office was able to get someone out same day. I was happy to see Bryan arrive and he spent so much time and had such attention to detail. If you want great service getting rid of your rodents, pests and bugs, Pest Eliminators Inc. is the place to call. When Ben showed up and told us what the company would do, we signed up. As soon as we did, Ben was getting to work. He put 7 traps in our house in a matter of about 15 minutes. This included putting them together and baiting them and placing them where they needed to be. Ben answered every question we asked and wasn't in a hurry to leave. He made sure we were satisfied with what he was going to do. That night we caught a big one and he came the next morning and checked every one of the traps and baited them again. As far as we were concerned, he was totally professional and a real nice guy also. We are well satisfied with Pest Eliminators, Inc. especially Ben. Thanks so much. Had lawn pest control done on 4/10/24 , called them on 4/30/24 to ask for a return service, still have grubs in yard, was told no guarantee for a one time treatment, they told me I would have to pay to get another treatment, why would I pay again for a treatment that didn't work the first time?
