We used Elite Inspections & Pest Solutions at our previous home and had them begin service at our new home yesterday. Dave came out and explained everything that Elite could do and we decided on a plan that works for us. Fred arrived on time at our new home (he was also the technician at our previous home) and explained all the tasks that he performed and their importance. He walked around our home with us and made suggestions that will help keep pests to a minimum. Fred has always been thorough and polite and we really appreciate his service to us. We had a lot of choices for pest control and lawn fertilization, and I am very happy that we selected Elite Inspections & Pest Control. Their techs and customer service people are friendly and professional, and they stand behind their service. They go the extra mile to ensure we are happy and cheerfully deal with any concerns we may have. For example, I saw roach in the Garage, and they came out the next day and applied extra bait in the Garage and treated the perimeter of the house. No extra charge.

Killed approximately 100sq feet of my impeccable lawn with the misappropriation of Roundup. Their own employee stated, “there must have been some St Augustine mixed in with your Provista” to which I replied, I told you that and “I told you not to use Roundup in that area “. He noted “ I DO REMEMBER YOU TELLING ME THAT” Apparently, they don’t even know that PROVISTA is a St Augustine Grass. There is some of my neighbor’s St Augustine, Floritan intermixed with my St Augustine, Provista. Manager Ray noted” they are not responsible”. Not responsibly for their negligence, hum. He said it was fungus that killed it. Ironically, I was paying them for a routine fungicide application and my neighbor had the same fungus and his lawn did not die. A very irresponsible company.

Very Disappointed in all the things missed in my home inspection 😡 when talking with the owner of the company He stated you people from up North have no clue what a Florida home inspection is and didn’t want to here anything i had to say! He was very rude and unprofessional! Do yourself a favor and find another company to do your inspection! Not elite because they are terrible i have over $15000.00 worth of repairs to do because this company is terrible! And did a poor inspection

I’m a service professional and have never written a bad review before. This was by far the worst service I have ever had. Had them out two months ago to spray for roaches, promised a follow up visit, never had a follow up. Called and had them out yesterday to look at cockroach eggs. The technician tony said they were rodent droppings. Didn’t look around the garage at all, around the house inside or out, shined a light in the attic and said no bugs but rodents are getting in. Had another company out and they confirmed they were roach eggs and shells. They even found and removed the main nest in the garage. They crawled all through the attic and found them up there too. They also found where they were entering through the soffit. The outside of the home is also crawling with Germans at night. I would never recommend this company to anyone, if they would have done a better inspection 2 months ago this situation might not be as bad. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

The reviews must be fake this company missed so much . They refused a paper copy of report . Water leak in bathroom. With damage outlets don’t hold plugs. Microwave doesn’t heat . Gas heater is on propane never reported that . The inspector didn’t explain anything . First time buyers beware . Elite is far from elite . When I brought to owner’s attention alls he did was argue the facts..

We have been clients of Elite since September of 2018. They were referred by our real estate agent and we were initially happy with the service they provided. Over the last year, their customer service has decreased sharply. It started with little things like techs showing up without appointments and claiming they called and/or text us even though we had no missed calls or text messages. Annoying, but I was unwilling at that point to do the leg work to find a new provider. The final straw was when we ended up with rodents in our attic due to a missing vent cap. Elite provided a one-year contract for $850. We were originally told they would use high tech traps that would alert them as soon as the trap was sprung When they showed up on the morning of Friday, September 3 to set the trap, Elite brought standard (not high-tech) traps with the explanation that they had problems with the trap provider. My husband heard the trap spring Friday morning. Elite did not come back until Tuesday, September 7th even though they said they would be back on Monday. If they did not plan to work the holiday Monday, the trap should have been checked by Saturday. The rodent was left STEWING in the Florida heat for four days. Our house REEKED so bad of decaying animal matter that it was almost uninhabitable. I was left to put out bowls of vinegar and bowls of cleaning solution to ty and cover the scent. Even with wearing a mask (including when we went to bed) the stench was horrible, caused headaches and nausea and was off putting to our dogs. When they finally came out to pick up the trap Tuesday (9/7) they refused to apply a sanitizer or deodorizer. I emailed and text several messages to the office and the office manager. The snippy response I received from the office manager was that they tried to call me twice that morning. Unfortunately, some of us have jobs where we cannot drop everything to take a phone call. Fast forward to Thursday (9/9) the technician came out to check the trap and let my husband know that they are “busy with big jobs”. After that he had the nerve to ask my husband for a bag to put the trap in. If they are so busy with big job, they should not accept “small jobs”. My emails to the office manager and the owner of the company expressing my dissatisfaction with the level of service we provided have gone unanswered. We are obviously not big enough of a contract for them to be worried about our business, so I have cancelled our service. Elite Inspection might want to consider changing their name to Mediocre Inspection because they are not providing an elite level of service and are obviously unconcerned with client satisfaction.

Selling our house, the buyer used these clowns for a home inspection. Despite Not marking one item as Unsatisfactory on the inspection report, the Inspector verbally told the buyers that the roof was shot and needed to be replaced! That killed the deal completely! I ended up paying to have the roof evaluated by a certified roof inspector and he gave the roof 4-5 years. We did have a leak at the seam of 2 lanai roofs, which we were repairing but even with that, he marked the roof Satisfactory on the report itself. These people are incompetent!

i had an inspection done by these people. I have no idea what they did. I can't imaging anybody this bad so it makes me wonder if they had some skin in the game by giving me a glowing report.. To name a few; Kitchen drawers weren't working, faucets were leaking, outlets weren't working etc. if i could give them a negative number I would. Don't trust them or do any business with them

Applicator today did not take the hose from the truck behind the house, only applied a product from the tank on his back. Thus, spent less time than the Owner had when he worked for us last year. I need an explanation.
