John the technician arrived at the scheduled time, which was nice. He was very thorough, painstakingly removed outlet and switch covers to apply insecticide. He was knowledgeable, providing detailed explanations to all of our questions. I like the fact that if we see any bugs before next quarter, they will come back out, at no charge, and reapply the insecticide. Ace Pest Management has given my family peace of mind - Thank you! EDIT It's been three years of great service. Once, we had an outbreak of ants in between treatments, and John was at the house the very next day. Ants? Gone! We are very pleased with the service we are getting from Ace Pest Management, and we will continue using this service. EDIT We noticed an influx of Palmetto bugs in the bathrooms. John promptly came to the house, did his thing. Thank you for your prompt service and commitment to keeping our house pest free!

Spraying outside for ants ect Preventive maintenance

What can I say about the team at Pest Management? I never expected to have issues with rodents under my home and when I did, I did not hesitate to call Pest Mgt. They were professional, walked me around the house to show me where they were getting in, and explained the entire process for getting rid of them. I've always had them do my quarterly spraying but this time they rose above the level and were at my house within hours of my calling. All the techs including the owner were friendly and ensured I was taken care of. They even provided me with a discount on the services for being a loyal customer. I feel so much better that I called and they are taking care of everything.

I read some great reviews online and decided to call. Was able to get Angel out to the house within an hour. He explained everything very well. Had a tech out the very next day (Coby). He was awesome. Relatable and knowledgeable as well. Ace was great from start to finish.

They will take the time to discuss solutions with you after the inspection, and even work with the customer and their pets to ensure the treatment is done safely for everyone. I have been using Ace Pest for many years and have been extremely happy. They spray outside the house every 3 months. They always ask if I am having any problems. Very reliable. We had a recurring ant problem and once they realized the severity of it, they added (at no charge) an additional treatment to our regular monthly. Still no ants!
