My family and I have been a customer for many years! I received a bill and called to see what the service was for. I pay for inside and out. My cameras didn't detect any person on that date. I was told that they only sprayed outside because I was not there. I have contacts and statements stating they are to contact my neighbour when they are coming, and it has been that practice since I became responsible for the billing since 2017. All of their workers no that and have been contacting my neighbour for years, and the office has called him to be sure they can get in. When I tried to discuss with the lady that answered the phone, she was very rude and basically called me a liar! I don't appreciate that! They also raised the price, and now less service. Then the lady said she would be glad to cancel my contract! So cancel it!! Someone needs to apologise to me!

JOE is amazing. We own 2 homes and about 6 rental properties in Port Charlotte and Joe takes care of all of them. He's always on time and super professional and dealing with the office is always A smooth communication.

Joe with All Service Pest Management has been very helpful and knowledgeable in dealing with a dry wood termite issue at our home. He has been doing all of the follows up appointments as promised and gets right to us if we notice any activity. We have a plan in place to deal with our issue and All Service has been going a great job staying on top of it as we go through the process of stopping these termites. Highly recommend!

Who ever works in the office will hang up on you rather then try to help. Very poor attitude in the office. Rude behavior Wondering if they know how to answer a telephone correctly I'm sure a lot of business has been lost due to their poor phone skills. They defiantly lost mine

Lady that answers the phone is beyond rude--should really consider getting a new secretary.

I call office and the lady is RUDE. I ask why they didn’t put a trap on roof to catch what was getting in. She said they did ! What a liar! When the guy was here he even walked me through exactly where he was putting everything. The service manager is rude and I will never go through this company again. She said they’ll send a guy out to check it again... doubt it last time after I called when they caught something and said they picked it up. I go home and they thing sat outside for 3 days before they came to pick it up. I never give bad reviews but this was worst experience I’ve ever had with any type of company. The guys coming out to the house get 5 stars. The office is what ruins the experience.

woman who answers the phone is the rudest woman in the world, I tried calling about some business and she snapped at me.

These people come into my apartment without forewarning about once or twice a month. On three occasions now they have left without locking my door. If I had a choice, I would require that they call ahead or post their schedule publicly.
