Cinch bugs killed our grass even after having their service for over a year

My lawn was looking very good and my new lawn and pest company sprayed and 10 days later my lawn was dying and looking terrible. They would not respond to my calls. I contacted Toucan and they very promptly treated my lawn and it is improving and looking much better.

JB stopped by from Toucan to deal with some dead grass issues I was running into on my lawn. Even though I use a sprinkler system, he asked me to do a simple test by placing small aluminum cans on the dry areas and if they were filled after the sprinkler cycle. Lo and behold the cans were empty after the cycle and I've contacted my sprinkler guy to come and adjust the heads to get adequate watering. His recommendation was awesome and so is Toucan!

Killed 12 yards in Hunters Ridge Ormond Beach and blamed it on the homeowners. Sent email to a few people saying their products quit working on cinche bugs and will replace yards. Will not replace yards that they killed if not older clients. I WOULD STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORD> TERRIBLE LYERS. WILL NOT TAKE MY CALLS> COWARDS.

This company should not be advertising with a lawn looking as bad as I just saw, and if the guy is paying for that lawn, he’s nuts

My fiancé lives in the very nice neighborhood, and paid all kinds of money to you for a beautiful lawn that’s full of weeds and Sandollar. Call you to come out and check it. You tell him that he needs to replace the side because the water wasn’t really hitting it. He uses the sprinkler man that you told him to which cost a bunch of money replace the side. It doesn’t look any better. He was caught putting the bill on the door, but never putting anything on the lawn so pay attention on your cameras to make sure you’re getting what you pay for cause you’re not getting it here

They ruined my lawn and took no responsibility

Don’t use this Lawn Service. They do not do a good job and will not stand by their products. I had some issues with my lawn and they would not fix it. Don’t use this company.

On a recommendation from my son Joe, I am finishing on year 2 with these guys.... My 200 x 100 yard in Wilbur by the sea looks like BUSCH Gardens. I started from nothing but sand spurs and patches of St Augustine lawn. With years of futile attempts at doing it myself. Fertilizer etc Plugs, Joe said try these guys... I did and the proof is in the pudding! Corey does my monthly service and is just fantastic. He doesn't miss a spot. WHY Because he cares. If you are considering a lawn care professional, stop now and hire these guys. You will be very happy. It is not an overnite thing so just let them tell you whats up and you will be impressed. After being disappointed with other companies,... I Finally tried Toucan and noticed a big difference with my yard grass ( became thicker and began to spread nicely ).

Said they were coming by to do an estimate. When no one contacted me I emailed them to find out what happened. They said someone had already come by and they were getting messed together. Was home the entire time they said the person was here the review of camera footage over the last 24 hours shows no one ever came by.

I didn’t have a great experience. There was poor communication from them regarding the services they were giving even though we signed up for everything. My lawn actually looked worse- not better- a month after service began. The person who came out stood in my door arguing with me about it which is very unprofessional. Lastly, after we canceled any of the services they came by treating our lawn- I was confused and when we looked at the bill it was for someone else’s address. Poor folks aren’t even getting their lawn treated. I really hope they fix their communication and reliability.
