This was our initial appointment and it was truly a pleasure dealing with Dalton. He walked the entire property with me, examined the current condition of the lawn, explained the process, answered all of my questions and got to work immediately. Afterwards he spot to me about what to expect in the future and watering instructions. I appreciate that Dalton made sure I got all of my questions answered we were on the same page. Great job Dalton! Looking forward to you taking care of our lawn.

This is the worst and the laziest company. I don’t think they really know what they are doing. They told me when they took my lawn on two years ago that it would be perfect. NOT!!!!! I even went as far as laying down brand new sod and they managed to kill all that to. This company sucks Trying to respond to the owner that says I laid Sun down in the middle of the summer and don’t even have a sprinkler system. Yes I do have a sprinkler system and yes, I was running the sprinkler system just like you guys told me you guys said overwatered you guys said I didn’t water enough over water not water enough make up my mind. Y’all screwed up my yard and no I didn’t ask you to pay for anything.

Robert did a good job, he communicated with us and answered the we asked.

Ryan came out today to do a follow up on my weeds. Looks like he did a thorough job very pleasant young man.

Our technician, Dalton, was incredibly professional and friendly from the moment he arrived. I had a few specific questions about some stubborn patches, and he took the time to explain the treatment process and what to expect over the next few weeks. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely personable. Highly recommend !!

Salespeople constantly knocking on my door rudely. I even had to call the cops on one because he was rude, asking me why he should leave my house and what it mattered if he was at my door. Spoke with GM he very Rudely said he didn't see any issues with what his salesman did or the way he talked to me while on FaceTime with a friend

The first three pictures was my lawn after a year with liquid lawn. Did a great job..I had all just saint augustine, beautiful lawn with no bermuda.Now look at the next seven pictures of what it looks like.It's full of bermuda and dead spots..I had all just St. Augustine, beautiful lawn with no Bermuda. Now look at the next 7 pictures of what it looks like. It's full of Bermuda and dead spots.Then, their products and service went downhill and destroyed my lawn.The last seven or eight pictures of what it looks like now and they won't fix it.They just terminated my account... my lawn kept getting worse and worse and worse. Every six weeks of treatment to where a beautiful saint Augustine looks totally trashed... we can now that they terminated me. I am stuck with a worse lawn than I had. And have to pay to get it completely fixed on my own. PSI have referred over 20 customers when I first started with liquid lawn. And I've gotten 6 complaints now from those people also.. so I feel like a complete jerk. Referring, all these people who are also having similar problems... I called the owner 4times to speak with him directly and got no return call.. I did everything they asked me to do like water when needed and no watering when there was to much... also had my lawn cutter raise the blades do no scalping of my lawn happpend. NOTHING CHANGED ON MY END OR WITH MY LAWN CUTTER. AND MY LAWN WAS PERFECT FOR THE 1ST YEARI AS SEEN IN THE FIRST FEW PICTURES ..I received. Money credits for all the referrals I sent to liquid lawn and spent that money on services. Rather than take the cash for the referals... I also had to pay to re sod sections of my lawn 2 different times out of my own pocket.. why did my lawn get to the point of having to re sod. When I was paying to keep it healthy..p.s.. I received money from liquid lawn for referrals which I used to pay for everytime the treated my lawn which is basically my money I spent.. so services were not free .and I received no notice of termination. Just stopped my service. .now I am stuck with a completely bad lawn and stuck having to get a lawn company

Seeing cars parked on my road today and a young man on his cell phone getting an attitude when I asked who he was and yes I took a picture of his car. He said he was doing an estimate at this certain address but he doesn’t know that I know this house and people who own it and they did not request an estimate. He said my supervisor is over there in his car. I spoke to another young man who actually had a Liquid Lawn shirt on not like the other guy who did not. He said they were basically going door to door. But they both sat in their cars for 30 minutes. I came back and the first young man with the attitude said expect me excuse me excuse me are you taking the pictures of my car off of your phone. I said why aren’t you working like I am. I called the Office and the lady could not tell me the names of these people. I only dispatch has that information and she could not give me their number!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I signed up because they sent me a deal for 19.99 for the first service. The gentleman that called me sounded a little condescending. He asked if I wanted the yard done or just a piece of grass. Duh I want my yard done he then said there was no 19.99 dollar deal. Funny as I continue to get emails about a 19.99 deal. If there are this deceitful up front I'll just go to someone else.

Had this service come out to our home in st Augustine. Had a lawn that started to have some bare spots arise so I called them and they said they could for sure help and guaranteed the work. The lawn continued in the wrong direction and I got a lot of conflicting messages on what it was… They hired on a completely new person who had no idea what was going on with my lawn and then continue to assure me that they could save it. After about four months, all the lawn had almost died and I said this is clearly not working. I would like a refund for the services which they then said you have to be a member for six months or something like that. At the end of the day, they’re just spraying a bunch of chemical and getting out of there. I would not recommend them.

They were good a few years ago! I tried them again recently almost a year spending $1000 and lawn still has lots of weed! So as of now definitely not recommend!

We hired Liquid Lawn after firing our previous lawn and pest company due to issues with the technician. Our lawn was in perfect condition with the exception of one small corner area that had recently started to brown and we were planning to re-sod that part. We were due for service with our previous company when Liquid Lawn came out, so there was no lost time in between. Two days after they treated, our entire yard turned brown. We immediately called to complain and were met with excuses and promises of a call from the supervisor Mr. Kennedy. We even got a generic email from a manager named Josh days later, (while we were coincidentally waiting for a return call from Mr. Kennedy to address the issues) asking if we were starting to see the weeds die… We had NO weeds. It was a complete joke and disappointment and now we are trying to figure out how to get our lawn back to being healthy again. Stay far away from this company.

When we started with Liquid Lawn our lawn had no brown spots or dead spots. 8 months later, $79 every 6 weeks and that's what we have. They won't refund me for killing grass or repair it. I don't usually do reviews, but people should be warned.

I wanted to share videos of my lawn after 6 months with liquid lawn. I called Christopher to ask them to come out again and figure out why my lawn has so many weeds since they have been treating it since March 2024. He spent 10 minutes arguing with me, then finally said they will send someone out within 3 days. I’m not a lawn girl. But when I was doing it all myself, it looked way better. Very disappointed.

We are extremely dissatisfied with our lawn service. The majority of our front and back yard has been misdiagnosed/mistreated with the underlying issue still unresolved. We pay to have our lawn treated every seven weeks; yet, there’s no improvement. The lawn continues to worsen after another treatment. When Liquid Lawn is called, they always report it’s a fungus and eventually say it’s chinch bugs they couldn’t find. Meanwhile, we are left with the expenses of purchasing and installing new sod.
