I signed an agreement with the company when I moved into my new house. Our agreement with the company was that I would pay them $90 every 3 months and they would schedule a quarterly service, but I could have service anytime I might need them during that 3 months. We have been having palmetto bugs pop up In the garage and kitchen and I reached out via website for service. They responded and were able to come out that day. Rick was on time, professional and so helpful. We were so happy with the quality of this service that we signed up for a routine maintenance plan going forward which was a lot more budget friendly than some of the other companies I researched. We are very happy with Peachtree and will definitely be recommending them in the future.

I’m not sure why I have stayed with this company as long as I have. There’s been an on going problem scheduling service. The last time they sent someone to my house at 8am without my knowledge. The company would not service my residence without a payment. After making payment, I was immediately billed again for two more months of service. As far as I can tell, the effectiveness of the service itself, when they do come, is pretty good.
