Our first visit with Royal Pest Services was today. Rick V was extremely personable and professional and was able to do our very first service within two business days of chatting and assessing our needs. His communication and timeliness is off to a fantastic start and Jenn in the office was very expedient with the billing process. Love having the automation and ease! We're looking forward to being bug-free with such friendly people.

I laid 15 pallets of St Augustine Flortam sod, with the help of friends and my family. I purchased them locally from a well know sod supplier. After following the direction from the sod supplier after a week, the grass was not showing any signs of improvement. I was very frantic and called 5 different spray companies to come on out to the house and ask for help. While they all showed up and were helpful, I decided to go back to the main Royal Pest office unannounced and walk in. Thats where I met the most friendly and supportive employee they have, Rick Veen! Rick could tell I was very worried that all of the hard work and cost that was involved was about to go down the drain. He personally told me he would come out and inspect the yard himself tomorrow morning! WOW, that’s customer service! Then Rick told me he would again come back in a week, and follow up, keep in mind I haven’t even signed an agreement with Royal at this point! He is just doing this because he cares and would like to help us out. With the advice Mr. Veen had given myself, I can happily say that the grass is rooting down, and I know I will be in good hands with the type of employees Royal Pest has. Royal has definitely earned a loyal customer for years to come. I highly recommend the company!

My 5 star review started with my initial call and was in stone after my consult with my technician Rick. Rick has since been back for my first service, he was very professional, knowledgeable and personable on both instances. Thank you Rick!

Can’t say enough good stuff about Rick, the technician. He’s efficient, knowledgeable and polite. He explains everything and is just a call away if I have an issue.
