We hired Ryan’s for a WDO Pest inspection during the home buying process and everything seemed to go well on the surface - professional, punctual, efficient. About two weeks after closing, a foul smell was emanating from the home office and we contacted Ryan’s multiple times - both the home inspector at his direct line and the main office to no response. Another pest control company came out to inspect and not only did they find there were no “inaccessible areas” in the attic, but there were multiple critters living there for “quite some time” (raccoons, rats, and squirrels). It’s bad enough to foot the cost of a new inspection, removal, and repair after the purchase of a home, but it’s entirely different to be completely ghosted by a company with whom you’ve already conducted business. Incredibly disappointing experience and would not recommend to anyone.

Quality company providing a quality service. Initially had Ben perform a home purchase inspection for pest/termites and felt like he was thorough and genuine in his efforts. We ended up getting follow on pest services based off of this interaction. Prices are very competitive and the gentleman that showed up was punctual and professional. Can't speak to the products applied but he was also thorough, patient, and took his time with his tasks, then sent an itemized report showing the products used. As an aside, this company performs termite tenting. Not every pest control company does this and the process itself can be labor and time intensive. Maybe it's just anecdotal but that this service is still offered should be noted. I would recommend this company.

Ryan's Pest Control is our choice for pest service. Aside from the affordability standpoint, Ryan is thorough with his inspections and always respectful of our home and property. I cannot recommend him enough; ten stars for well deserved quality service! We've been customers for over five years and I thought I'd written a review...my apologies for not doing so on day one! Zane was my technician today and I’m beyond happy with his performance. I called Ryan’s pest control last week and had the privilege of speaker to the owner on the phone about my concerns and financial abilities. I spoke to the owner about the previous pest control company and the exorbitant prices and lack of personalized services. I am so happy I went with them. Thank you for making me feel better and offering me exactly what my home needed.

I would like to change my review of Ryan's. After posting, I received a call from Ryan. We discussed my issues, resolved them and he came out personally to perform my pest control and explained how services and billing would be handled going forward. I'm very appreciative of the personal service. After many years with no issues with this company, I have to speak to an issue I am having with them. After getting a text that they would be out for service, they never showed up. I waited for two days as I wanted to give them a check. No show. I then checked for the next week with no granules around the house or a bill in the front door as is typical. I have called them twice requesting a call back following what I consider a threatening text that service would be suspended and interest added. My only options are to pay for a service that I did not get, or let them destroy my credit rating.

My mother passed away and because I work out of state Ryan personally showed up in the pouring rain and treated my mom's(now mine) promptly and then set up to treat my home as I was only in town for a few days. From the 1st phone call, all the staff treated me with such kindness, compassion and grace. Going through such a difficult time they made this transition smooth. It's not easy dealing with grief let alone pests....God bless Ryan, his business and entire staff. I wouldn't do business with anyone else!!!

I’ve been using Ryans Pest Control for years. I’ve never had an issue. They are wonderful. They are personable and a small family run business that I suggest highly.

Ben Gillespie came out to the house and did an absolutely thorough inspection for termites. He did a fantastic job very knowledgeable and honest. I will definitely use them in the future.

My neighbor's house was tented today. The people that showed up had regular tarps with duct tape all over them to cover the house with I called the company with my concern because I know these are not up to standard for fumigation. I spoke with the owner and he assured me that unless you were within a foot of the house you would not smell any of the fumes. Sitting on my front porch I can smell the fumes coming out of the tarps. I would not hire this company When there are so many other companies that will properly fumigate.

I used Ryan's in Ormond Beach for a pest inspection. The technician was punctual and professional. The office, however, was dishonest and unresponsive, cheating me and not returning several phone calls. First, they quoted $80 for the inspection, then raised it to $90 because I'm a veteran, then said it would be $110 for the finished product, and in the end, billed me $120. So, I'm left with the feeling that they are a typical conservative Christian business with no ethical principles. If that appeals to you, call them and get shafted.

Don't use this company for your company needs in construction- As in Construction, sometimes the clients or General Contractors don't pay- Then it is the sub contractors responsibility to slap a mechanical lien on the property - They would ( Ryans ) would rather hassle the in between sub than go after the builder, Just doing business the Wrong way- Stay away from these guys, there are to many to use that know how to operate legally and the right way! You stand correct- I did pay every time for every spray- must be a reason you didn't get paid at the end after so many payments-hmmmm - those were from the General Contractor and you know it- If some one owed me for 3 sprays on a property, I sure would sue them for the money, all business do- Wait- You know I don't owe you and you refuse to go after the Builder so you can keep getting there money- Another unethical move by Ryans Pest - Stay Away!!!!
