Mike, the owner of Roots Solutions, recently met with several of us residents here in Grand Creek in St. Johns to talk about improving our lawns. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest in his approach. Mike spent hours with us, patiently answering every question and explaining his process in detail. It’s clear he truly cares about delivering quality results and building long-term relationships with the community. I’m hopeful more of our neighbors will take advantage of his services. Great guys to work with!

I’ve had Mike treat my home whenever I need him. Mind you I don’t live dirty nor with bugs. Somebody ALWAYS brings roaches into my home. 😡 Long story short my kids spent a month at their dads & yes, brought roaches home. 🤦🏻‍♀️🙄 So I contacted Root Solutions & was set up with an appointment the next day. Today. I’ve never had anyone treat my home other than Mike. Today Brian treated my home. He’s spectacular! Gave me an ETA on when he’d arrive. Asked me what was going on, I told him what happened & he got to work. Treated my home with respect! Knocked on my door to get my attention. I work from home & my office is in my bedroom. He wanted me to walk to my kids room with him, so I knew where treatment was & to keep my kiddos away from it. That is top notch service right there! Let me know to watch my animals for about an hour while the spray drys. I have kitty cats. Then he sprayed outside. All in all, perfect service! Root solutions never disappoints!

I gave Mike a challenge, asking him to treat my property for weeds, termites, and mosquitoes without doing any harm to my honeybees. He worked with me to find a solution that worked perfectly for my unique situation, and I'm so happy with him that we rehired him at our new home after we moved.

Nathan is a very easy person to talk to. He's not pushy and shows concern for your lawn.

We got results! We tried a few things on our own to improve the appearance of our lawn, but nothing we did worked. Once we started working with Root Solutions we were able to get the green lawn we had been wanting. Highly recommend!

They saved my lawn!

Love roots solutions! I went on deployment and needed someone for pest control. Mike is the best, he is very responsive and was able to help take care of my property even when I was over seas. My roommates informed me that we had a ant invasion from when my neighbors treated they’re place and Mike was quick to respond and with in days my roommates had no more complaints. I also received fertilizer and weed treatments on my lawn and when I returned my grass was even and weed free. I will use this company again when I travel! knowing everything is taken care of helps keep me stress free.

Root Solutions is great! They were one of the first people we called when we bought our new home in Florida as we had a few Palmetto bugs around. The owner called right away, came out quickly, explained their services, and fit us in right away to get pest control services started. The owner of the company and Matt who comes out to do our services are both very kind people. Matt always talks to me for a few minutes and is extremely thorough explaining what he's doing and answering any questions. Since they started, we've only seen one Palmetto bug, and that was right after the first service! Very happy with them and their services!

We are starting our second seasons with Root Solutions Termite, Lawn and Pest. As spring approaches, I can see the results of their consistent efforts. Last year, before we hired Root Solutions, we had to replace most of our lawn b/c of a new septic system. The grass we laid was not ideal, and it filled in with many types of weeds. Just one season with Root Solutions, and wow, what a change. Also, super personable team. They care about their work.

Root Solutions has been treating my lawn for a few months and I'm so impressed with the improvement I see. I initially called for help with a bare spot that developed in the front yard. The grass around the area was stressed and I was concerned it was only going to get worse. Mike was able to assess the situation and provide a treatment plan... and, the plan is working. After an aeration and a few regular treatments and the bare spot is starting to fill in! Overall the yard looks so much better and the dollar weed is gone from the lawn. The turf looks thicker and healthier. Matt always checks in when he comes out to treat the yard and gives me updates and directions for how to best care for the lawn after treatment and overall. I'm very happy I called Root Solutions! You guys are great!

Just over two years ago, I bought the house my wife really wanted, but it has a huge yard. I already knew Mike and knew he was the guy to contact. Mike tells you what he can do and what you need to do (watering, etc.) and gives you a game plan of what to expect. He came through with great results for me. For my yard to look great in less than 2 years is amazing because it was terrible. I highly recommend Root Solutions. And Mike always gives plenty of tips and helpful info about growing grass. I honestly don't like paying to have the yard treated, but Mike makes it worthwhile. He wont get you an average yard, but a great yard, as long as you follow his recommendations. Super pleased.
