Jake IS fun! He is detailed and knowledgeable (15 years of experience), and he went above and beyond to make our home purchase go smoothly. He got a thorough report back within 24 hr. Super nice guy and very easy to talk to. We hired him twice in 2 weeks because our first home purchase fell through. I was happy to pay him again! I highly recommend Jake, FunGuy Pest Inspections to everyone. He offers pest control services too, so once you buy the house, he'll already know where to put the "bug repellents" and whatnot.
