Chris B is a true all-American hero and although I’ve never used his pest services per se, he took time out of his busy day to jumpstart my BMW in my driveway what a great man and human being God bless him.

I have been using them for a few months and was still seeing bugs, but the owner personally came out to address the issue. Very pleased with the service.

I called these guys based on a recommendation from a friend after I had horrible customer service with another big company. I just bought a house and just being preventative. I told them no big rush and they still got me serviced extremely fast. The price I got was great and no hassle. The technicians that came by my house were great. Colton who did the inside was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and took his time to explain about termites and any other questions I asked him. Adam I believe was also extremely friendly too and even offered to help me with a package at my door that got delivered while they were there. I would highly recommend these guys

Editing my post. I was previously annoyed that they just showed up for treatments without announcing and I felt they were rude when I made an issue of it. HOWEVER, they have since resolved the issue and now call me to schedule appointments which allows me to make sure my dogs are properly secured. I appreciate them doing this extra step and for making things right. Thank you, Freedom.

We used freedom for 3 months. Paid some outrageous $250 first visit Application amount. Three months later and my yard looks worse than when we started. I decided to cancel and now owe another $130 to cancel basically out $400 for my yard to look worse and my house to have bugs.

We offered a follow-up visit for additional treatment and a full review, but this was declined. <br><br>It may also help to clarify that your services were active for only about two months. Lawn programs typically take several months of consistent treatments to show significant improvement, especially during periods of extreme heat when only limited weed applications can be safely applied.<br><br>We truly value your feedback and if you would allow us to do so, we would like make things right. <br><br>Thank you again for sharing your experience and allowing us the opportunity to learn from this. I ALWAYS highly recommend Freedom Pest Control to anyone I know, because I know that they will be taken care of by this company. They've been taking care of my home for over a decade. I've known the owner and his wife for over 20 years, they are great people and always have been. I would advise ignoring the very few negative Nancy's ranting on here, this is a great locally owned business that deserves the opportunity to serve its community.

These people cannot drive for the life of them. Why are your driver's going 38 in a 45 during rush hour and leaving huge gaps? Stop clogging up traffic with your hideous vehicles. Tell your drivers to go the speed limit! Go the speed limit it's easy.

I'm a very happy customer with Freedom Pest Control. Jacob is our technician and he does top notch work and he is greatly appreciated! He often goes out of his way to go above and beyond. For example, on days when the trash or recycle has already come through, he’ll even move the bin up off the street and up toward the garage. During the Christmas season he has taken extra time to spray and work around the Christmas lights, careful not to spray them. Thanks for your service, Jacob!

Thank you to Colton for not always protecting our home but for his kindness! I was having trouble getting something off a shelf and he stopped what he was doing to assist me!! We are sorry to hear someone from our company was rude to you, we do not tolerate that kind of behavior. In had them for about 8 years and dropped them. Over the past 3 or 4 years, my yard was getting worse and worse and I'm not paying someone to do something that is not being done.
