If I could do zero stars I would. They missed planned/set services in mid November, around the holidays, so when we needed them most they were no show. They wouldn't answer the phone or return a voicemail. Three months later we had a man come to our door and wait outside our home for 20 mins before leaving a note asking for payment. We hadn't received service in over 3 months and no return call from voicemails. We finally spoke to them and canceled and theyre still adding a balance and trying to pull money from our account. I highly recommend that you dont give them your financial information.

I noticed swarms of termites this spring coming from wooden outdoor shower made from pallets. My son-in-law uses this company and asked Travis to come by and inspect. He just finished treatment. Travis is friendly and informative. Explained the process to me. Very reasonable pricing. Also, offers other pest control services. Great company!

Found a pest in our home. Called Certified Pest Solutions. They had someone (the owner of all people!) out here same day as my initial call. Treatment for said pest was done same day. Extremely happy with the service and quality of this local company. So happy to support local and small business! Highly recommend!!

We discovered insects flying out of stored wood along the side of our house and were concerned it might be something serious. Travis inspected the area and confirmed they were subterranean termite swarmers. He mentioned that other areas in Fleming Island were experiencing the same issue and that this is common around this time of year. He walked us through what was happening, explained the risks, and recommended a full termite treatment. The issue was handled promptly, and we were given clear advice on how to prevent future problems. Very knowledgeable and thorough. I would confidently recommend Certified Pest Solutions for termite control.

I am Jay, and I am very dissatisfied with the service and the way they treated me as a customer. Be careful before you sign the contract. At the time of signing the contract Travis would say all kinds of sweet coated words and once you sign the contract he would completely change. Travis would say "if you keep the contract for two year we would never take the stations from your property" that is completely wrong. They would write in fine prints in the contract that whenever you cancel the service they would remove the termite stations from your property. Be careful!. At their inspection time they hardly stay 10 minutes and sometime no show during their service period. Don't follow their trap. This company is running a deceptive business practice. They don't respond your phone call, neither respond your email. Don't do business with this company. Stay away.

Oh my goodness - never has anyone spent more time and careful attention to my pest control issues. Travis came out because I saw a roach in the house. I expected a quick spray of the perimeter or something, but he came in and carefully looked for a source of the critter. He treated for roaches but also carefully inspected the house where he found evidence of rodents in the garage. I would not have known this if Travis hadn't take the time to inspect in such detail - and this was a routine service call. This is a locally-owned company, and they are 100% invested in the excellence of their work. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone - a truly outstanding company!

We met with the owner, Travis, and could tell right away that Certified Pest Solutions truly cares about solving the problem the right way. We had been dealing with rodent issues around our Fleming Island home, and they went above and beyond to locate where the rodents were entering and nesting. If you’re not using Certified Pest Solutions, you should switch! Had to have some emergency services and being new in the area we had to make some calls. CPS was the first call and Travis came out almost immediately. I mean within 2 hours. He was patient with us and answered all our questions without making us feel dumb. We signed up for protection all year and the prices were better than anyone else in the area! Now we are protected and our issues are gone!! Peace of mind and fair pricing,- that’s what you get with this company.

Andrew the Technician is very professional and efficient. I had a problem with carpenter ants. After Andrew’s one treatment there are NO ANTS. I will definitely call this company again if I have anymore bug issues.

Andrew came out to the house the day before and did an inspection on the house, he did a thorough job and recommended exactly what I needed and was not Trying to push other stuff I did not need. I had a terrible experience with this pest control company. Their customer service was rude and unhelpful, and they did not seem to care about addressing my concerns. The service itself was ineffective, and I still had pest issues despite their treatment. When I reached out for assistance, they were dismissive and unprofessional. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for pest control.
Very unprofessional. Not only a waste of money, but made the pest situation worse! Do not recommend this company.
Had a terrible experience with this company. They were extremely unprofessional and overcharged.
They just steal your money and do not help with the pest problem and they over charge.
Should’ve saved my money and took care of it myself.
