I have had Pest Express for years and was completely satisfied with the technician and service I received up until 2021. Something happened and they quit coming to service my lawn and providing pest services. I attempted to call them and no one would call me back. I left messages and the one time did talk to a person they said I was on the list for tomorrow. No one ever showed. I finally called back and left a message to not bother coming back I will find someone else to service my lawn and pest needs. Today I received a renewal for my Termite Warranty which ran out 3 years ago. I guess they are hoping I will just pay it no questions asked. I did inform them last year at this time I wasn't a customer any more. Maybe they are working better today. I do hope this helps them update their records.

Thank you for bringing it to our attention, as we were not aware due to your termite renewal payments being kept up to date. I appreciate you taking time out to speak with me over the phone concerning these issues, which as I mentioned, coincided with effects from Covid, as well as from losing our long-time technician (who had provided your service) to retirement. Per speaking with you over the phone, I regret not getting the opportunity to implement an offer to make it up to you. When they answer the phone and show up they are great! Rarely answer and do not return voicemails! Owner answered last week and stated his secretary was out but she would call later in the day to schedule an appointment, 1 week later still no call.
Very responsive, on time and professional. Their worker was on time and very helpful. Will definitely use again.
No one answers the phone or calls you back. My husband and I have been calling this business for the past week and no one EVER answers the phone. We have left a voicemail and still nothing. It doesn't really matter if the customer service is otherwise good if you can't receive service in the first place.

IF YOU'RE ABLE TO GET THEM TO CALL YOU BACK WHEN YOURE FORCED TO LEAVE SEVERAL VOICEMAIL BECAUSE NOBODY WANTS TO PICK THE PHONE UP. (they never returned any of my 5/6 calls trying to give them money for they're services) They're amazing other than that.
