Rob Hicks - fitting last name. Guy was supposed to be here for final pest treatment. Needed this treatment to close on my new construction home. Guy shows up and leaves right away because he saw people at the house. (Who were instructed to leave if rob needed them to) Too lazy to get out of the truck and talk to me as I Try to flag him down he keeps on driving. Call these people bunch of times (no answer for hours) because i had a very tight schedule and needed their work done for closing. Guy calls me back and calls me stupid for calling so many times. End up having to find another pest guy who looked at their pre construction certificate and tells me they use the cheapest (outdated) chemicals on the market. Rob was arrogant and rude and told me “good luck closing on your house without this treatment and you wont get a penny back from me” I hope I see you around!

I highly recommend this company. The service technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I now use them for all of my pest control needs including monthly lawn services

I would not recommend PCS They destroyed my yard Cost me thousands to re-sod I asked if they had liability insurance They told me to hire a lawyer and hung up on me.

pcs has been my go to for pest control and home inspections and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you for all of your help

I used PCS for my lawn, shrub and pest control. Horrible. I notified them of cinch bugs on my lawn. I went back and forth with them for months because the problem was getting worse. They basically told me they were doing the best they can and it doesn't always work. That is BS because I have had cinch bugs many time. You apply treatment and problem solved. They would take no responsibility. As a result, I had to pay $900 to replace the areas they killed. My lawn was perfect when I hired them and it is destroyed now. DO NOT USE THEM. They do not stand by their service.

Poor company that has terrible service. Scheduled inspection twice and both times he completely forgot to come. Felt like I was giving money away every year. All they do is come in and look around briefly for termite inspection with a flashlight and then leave. They do nothing else. They are extremely disorganized

After several phone calls they won't return call

I have not had any issues since I started using these guys, especially with my lawn I had brown spots from the pest all over my lawn and they came in and started spraying and in just 3 months time what a difference I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

Buyer beware!! I hired PCS Pest Control to conduct a home inspection of a home i was looking to buy as a first time home buyer. They completely missed the fact that there was an entire section of drain pipe that was missing.  So because of the missing pipe, the entire contents coming from the kitchen sink and dishwasher are dumping under the home. It also should be mentioned that i told the inspector on inspection day that there was a slight foul odor that i noticed and he said it was because the house had been sitting awhile. So i purchased the home and eventually discovered the issue which also due to the underfloor moisture it has caused my floor to raise up and caused a hazard for myself and children. We have also had to endure a terrible smell coming up thru the floor as well.  Both myself and attorney has repeatedly contacted John waldrop and Robert hicks at pcs pest control to look into how they missed this and they refused to even look at the issue. I have now filed a lawsuit against them but wanted to make others aware as well!!

Trust me you do not want to hire this company to serve your lawn or the house for pest control. The staff is unprofessional, the owner, Rob,is unbelievably rude. The owner Rob refused to acknowledge the poor quality of the service, made threats and hang up on unsatisfied customer over one disputed bill. Rob, you'd better enroll a course on Business 101 and learn some basic ethics if you want to make a living like a decent human being. Cannot figure out how come this kind of company still exists in a service industry. However, I am very confident it will go out of business soon. Fool me once not twice.
