Definitely do not recommend Heron, we have been paying for the platinum package which covers lawn damage. Due to their non care and incompetence (since they ride around a motorized vehicle without the technician actually getting off to check for fungus/bugs) we had chinch bugs which killed quite a bit of our lawn, cost to treat and replace is $1,900, management does not return calls nor do they don’t honor their plans. I requested compensation for the lawn and they keep avoiding my calls. I high

I wanted to try using a different lawn service company to help me get my lawn back to its glory. A salesman from Heron told me specifically they could fix my lawn and make it all GREEN again! Nope! After one initial treatment as you can see by the photos I just took…no changes…in fact my lawn looks worse. I called Heron to cancel my account and provide me with a refund of $100. They denied my claim! I am now on the countermeasure of bashing Heron and letting people know to choose a better, more

I had Heron for several years but once they were bought out by Rentokill, not the same. No problems with the guys doing the lawn and pest control but apparently different methods and chemicals being used to treat the lawn for weeds, and for controlling pests. Every year we have to deal with millipedes and before Rentokill took over, we would see them for a short time and once treated no more problem. This year, it's been a problem since July and the chemicals being used to get rid of these pests
