Massey is trash, I would have given zero stars if possible. Moved into our new home in April and signed up for everything (termite, pest, irrigation, and lawn). Prepaid for the entire year to get the price break (don't do that). Just fired Massey last month, because don’t show when they say or just lie about servicing. They say they applied fertilizer, but they did not. All talk, no action. My home camera catches them placing the Massey sign and leaving, no service done. All kinds of issues and bad stories with them. I had enough.
