B&C Pest Solutions/ Zoysia Green

For the past 10+ years I have had a Termite Treatment Agreement (Contract) with B&C Pest Solutions. The Agreement states that “A reminder notice is mailed to the customer, as timely renewal is mandatory for the agreement to remain in effect. It is ultimately the responsibility of the Homeowner to contact the office and arrange for an inspection.” I have never received a notice of inspection from B&C but have always called them to remind them that the inspection is due. After calling them twice, the 2025 inspection was scheduled for 09/09/25 at 1:00 p.m. by Jim P. He has inspected my property annually for 10 years. At 2:20 on I received a text message from Jim stating; “Sorry to let you know but I can not get in the gate… They demand scanning of my driver’s llicense….no one ever gets a copy of it ...” This is the first year that he has refused to service my property because of his preference not to use his license as secure I.D at the entrance gate. For over five years our HOA community has had independent security from one of Florida’s leading security companies. Jim has entered our community many times. His text message than became a lengthy manifest that stated; “I am an activist working to destroy HOAs in Florida. I forward this kind of stuff to 2 state reps that are pushing to abolish HSAs.” After nine calls with the B&C receptionist, I was able to reach the B&C owner, he told me that he would schedule my inspection when another tech became available. It is now been a four-week saga with still no date for inspection.

I cannot say enough good things about my technician Robert. His most outstanding characteristic of many is that he truly cares about my lawn and treats it as if it were his own. Robert always takes time to explain what is happening to the lawn, why its happening,and when it can be fixed in detail in very understandable language. He makes himself available whenever I am in need , answers messages promptly, and delivers on his promises. I truly enjoy seeing him pull up to my property as he is friendly, personable, knowledgeable and highly effective in his work. Recently I recommended him to a neighbor resulting in him getting 2 additional lawns and my neighbor thanks me to this day. Robert is the most important reason why I am a customer of Zoysia Green. I have the best lawn on the street because of Aaron. Prior to hiring B&C I had weeds and dirt, hired two other companies, grass just not green, always had weeds. Their bug service also fantastic. I had a problem one time with bugs, Chris was amazing, said to give him a chance, he will send his best. And he did.
