Phil and his team helped me solve my horrible roof rat problem in my commercial building. They trapped and removed all of the rodents and sealed up all of the entry points. They also provided monthly rodent baiting to keep the rats from returning. They were very professional and the owner is a Wildlife Biologist.

Absolutely disturbing. Regardless of how anyone feels about pigeons, they deserve to be treated humanely. Seeing multiple dead birds left in traps on our roof was heartbreaking and unacceptable. There are far more humane ways to handle wildlife. Based on what I personally witnessed, I cannot recommend this company. I hope they seriously reevaluate their practices and begin treating wildlife with the compassion and respect every living animal deserves.

Phil Hoback came highly recommended to me to check why vultures were on my roof. He did a thorough inspection of the roof and removed two dead iguanas the vultures were feeding on. He also noted rotting wood and recommended vent covers. Phil is very knowledgeable in his field and has a delightful personality. I highly recommend Nuisance Wildlife Rangers.

I was very happy with the service they provided. Unfortunately I had a dead possum on my carport. One of the Rangers came out took care of the removal and cleaned/disinfect the area. Very fast. Thank you

I highly recommend these guys. Yesterday I found a raccoon on my roof that needed to be removed, I called NWR in the morning and Andrew came out, same day, to take care of it. He made time at the end of the day; stayed late and got the critter relocated....excellent job!

I had a injured opossum in my backyard. Phil the owner was amazing and compassionate. He had one of his techs come out fast! The opossum left the area I saw him but Zach found him in no time. Took him to bush wildlife to help the poor opossum. Love the compassion they have helping out wildlife!

My experience with Nuisance Wildlife has been nothing short of fantastic. We first found them after dealing with a rodent issue that had been mishandled repeatedly by another pest control company. The owner, Phil, personally came to my home, explained the process, scheduled a smoke test, and resolved the entire issue in less than a month. Fast forward to today—we now use them for regular maintenance. Anytime an issue comes up, no matter which technician shows up, we always receive excellent customer service and efficient, thorough work. I highly recommend them!

I had a snake in my garage blocking the entryway door, I found their number and called, and they took care of it same day! In fact, they had the specialist at my home in under 2 hours. Both Phil and Zach were kind, and Zach was so quick! I would absolutely call them again, should this ever happen again. They made a bad experience better for me, and I appreciate it.

We had an ongoing rat problem for several years and after multiple companies we found Nuisance Wildlife Rangers. They were able to help solve our problem within weeks. Highly recommend, very professional and knowledgeable.

DONT HOLD YOUR BREATH! Called at 10pm to request help removing a large rat that had just entered our house and was currently under our stove. I had unsuccessfully requested service from WILD LIFE REMOVAL USA. (had called several times and was told we would get a call back, and as of 11pm still had not heard from anyone)!! So I called Nuisance Wildlife Rangers. Guess what.... They had record of us calling several times. Interesting. I had not called them yet! These two companies seem to be connected! They have the same TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and CERTAINLY ARENT AVAILABLE 24/7!!! LIARS!!

Tech was friendly. However, no follow up and did not provide the full service I was charged for. Seems like they just care about sending these ridiculously over priced quotes for future services.

Part of providing exceptional customer service is following through on one's word. If you are looking for a company that keeps their word, based on my recent experience, this isn't the company you're looking for.

I hired nuisance wildlife for roof rats in my attic, and Phil (owner) and Zach have been amazing to work with. Zach is very dependable and showed up exactly when he said he would and sealed openings and removed the culprit. I signed up for a yearly contract with them based on their dependability. Such a gross nuisance to have roof rats, but I feel much better knowing that Phil and Zach are here to help support me. Grateful and 5+ stars.

I used this company a few years ago to help solve a rodent problem in my home. The rodents were coming in through a damaged pipe and most likely from a plumbing stack on the roof. Since the rodents were inside the walls, this was very difficult to manage. Phil came out and looked calm and helpful but i was dissatisfied with the work because his team thought this was a regular rodent problem. He mentioned how he could cut certain walls - while my family works in construction and clearly told him that there places he pointed to cut through to get to the rats would cause more damage to the home. Only reason I am giving 2 stars is because at least we came to a conclusion that the service was not as expected and ended up paying less to close out this nightmare.

Phil and team are phenomenal! I needed a snake removed from my pool promptly and they came to the rescue in a few hours! Highly recommend them if you need wildlife removals!

They do a thorough job and they explain everything so that you can understand what they're doing and why. I truly do recommend them.

A company that you can trust. From my first call with Phil I sensed he was the real deal. Honest, reliable, skilled, competent and nice, these guys are special. Really a great company made up of terrific people. I worked primarily with Phil and Zach. A truly wonderful working experience with these guys.

I already wrote how happy I am with this company but forgot to give them 5 stars. Phil is so calm and patient. When he inspected my house, he showed me all of the ways the rats could get in. There were A LOT!!!! I was at such peace knowing they have me covered. Zack came the following day to lay the traps. He also confirmed an obvious spot they were mainly using as an entrance, right over my son’s room where he heard them. Although I hate killing anything, they explained they have diseases and can really damage everything in the attic. They are also going to seal up every single spot the rats could have access. Thank you for the peace of mind.

Had some critters kept chewin up my little garden and I was happy to find a company to take care of the problem quickly without harming them. Thankyou for the great service.

This is an update to my previous negative review. The owner of the company contacted me following the review and we were able to work out an amicable solution. Their technician returned for a final service and the bats appear to be gone. I am pleased with the outcome and have changed my review from negative to positive.

Have a terrible Pigeon problem, Sam and Phil have been extremely professional and patient assisting with this problem. They are very Responsive.

Moved in to a new house. Inspector said rodents were a problem previously, but looks like it had been taken care of. One of the first nights in my new house I left a papaya on the counter. I came back and a nice chunk was bitten out. I called 2 exterminators before I found nuisance wildlife, and I cannot stress the peace of mind they have brought me. They came 3x a week until the rodent problem was solved. Unlike the others I have used, they actually prevent rodents from getting in by sealing up and holes in the roof and house the rodents were getting in through. If you do not use nuisance wild life rangers, you will have rats running around your house. Rats are only looking for food and shelter. Your other exterminator will be very happy to keep charging you $200 to set up a $2 trap, without solving the problem. The most humane thing to do is to stop the rodents from entering which is exactly what nuisance wild life rangers do. If you value peace of mind, and don’t want to worry about rats, use nuisance wild life rangers!

Somebody drop a dead cat on the side of my complex. the city didnt want to remove it because it’s considered on a private property. I called up Nuisance and they save the day. The dead cat was out there for 3 days. Smell was really bad. Not only did they picked it up, they sanitized the area..

Nuisance Wildlife Rangers were helpful when we needed them to help us catch an animal in our roof. They were able to give us an appointment within a day and, since then, have come every month to make sure we didn't have further issues. Highly recommend their services.
