Have used them before to tent my house and they did an excellent job about ten years ago; however, when I tried to rehire them for a new termite infestation, they refused to delete the provision in the contract that requires their customers to waive any right if they are negligent. That, effectively, gives them a license to be negligent without any consequences. I am not talking about broken roof tiles or other items that may naturally occur. I am talking about negligence that occurs if their conduct falls below an appropriate standard. Even though there is a question about whether a waiver of negligence in the future is actually enforceable, the fact that they require customers to waive negligence in advance of work is astonishing and speaks volumes since it relieves them of liability if they are the cause of damage to the property. NOTE AFTER SPEAKING TO OWNER: After reviewing the response from the owner and after speaking to him, he was of no help. Negligence is NOT to protect them against things from outside of their control as was indicated to me. Negligence is when they exhibit conduct that falls below the appropriate standard of care that a reasonable person should employ. I highly recommend that NOBODY use any vendor that requires a property owner to release them of negligence. It is NOT standard boilerplate language, contrary to what the owner said, and their contract is, in fact, a shield for negligence if they do something wrong. If what was said in the response is true (that it is not a shield for negligence), there is no reason to have language in the contract that requires a property owner to waive negligence which is specifically directed at damage they cause, not acts of g-d such as weather, for example.

I have recently started using Above and Beyond pest control on a recommendation from a neighbor here in Jensen Beach. I do badmouth a co. when I get screwed , I don't say anything if it's just normal and what you would expect, But I also always try to take the time to post a review when I feel I have received a little better treatment and experience from a company or in this case from the employee that goes the extra mile to make things go smoothly. Justin, the service tech did a great job but more importantly he goes the extra mile to communicate when he'll be there and what he is doing. He's honest and a professional. I appreciate that. The rates were better than my previous company. The communication from the office was good as well. That's service! So i'd say they actually go above and beyond.
