Not respectful when it comes to parking. Cross over onto my property when there clearly was 3 feet of space to perfectly park within the boundaries of the town house it was coming to service. Called the number spoke to a lady who goes to justify without knowing speaking the service person or knowing the area. The car was not moved until 10 minutes lates when they were down with the service.

I paid $250 for help with a serious ant infestation, and all this company did was spray a repellent pesticide around my home and leave. No inspection, no effort to find the source, and no attempt to actually eliminate the colonies. Anyone who understands ants knows that spraying repellents is the worst approach — it doesn’t kill the nest, it just forces the colony to scatter and spread into new areas. That’s exactly what happened here: instead of solving the problem, the ants spread into my roof and attic and made the infestation worse. When I reached out to let them know their treatment failed, they didn’t even respond. They showed zero effort to actually help me. I ended up hiring another company weeks later who did a full inspection and is now putting together an actual plan. Don’t waste your money here.

Hero pest solutions has been our solution to pests for the last couple of years. They come quarterly to spray outside and always let us know when they will be coming so that they can spray inside, if needed, as well. They are always so respectful when entering our home and use safe chemicals that won't harm our pets or kids. So friendly and happy to help. I would recommend them to anyone!
