Frank has been my sister’s exterminator for many years. My husband and I have never used an exterminator before we sprayed for bugs ourselves . We got ghost ants a couple years ago , they were all over the place and we could not get rid of them! My sister was always saying how wonderful her exterminator Frank from Nozzle Nolen is…so we called Frank with our ghost ant problem. Low and behold he got rid of our ghost ant problem! We now have him coming regularly to exterminate and we have not had any kind of bug problem since. Loxley is the best ! His professionalism and knowledge has helped us get rid of pesty ants and roaches. We had lots of huge red fire ants outside our patio. I have *never* experienced any company this unprofessional, careless, and dismissive in general, but especially not one responsible for something as serious and hazardous as a rat infestation. The buildings where I live have had rat issues for years, yet the board has continued using Nozzle Nolen despite the problem never being resolved and continuing to spread. Residents were not informed of what was happening when Nozzle Nolen performed an “exclusion job” on our building, sealing exterior exit points without warning anyone to seal interior holes or performing proper follow-up extermination. The result was rats being trapped inside the building with no food or water, which naturally forced them into residents’ units. I’m not sure what they were expecting to happen to rats. Almost six weeks ago, multiple residents (including myself) notified the HOA of rats inside our homes. A technician accessed our attic and confirmed it was a building-wide infestation that would be a “big job” requiring management involvement. He placed one trap in our attic. When he returned the next morning to collect it, he appeared visibly frustrated that I had informed neighbors of the time he would be there (which I apologized for, as I believed management was coming). After he left, I discovered rat droppings and contaminated dust scattered throughout our entire closet and several feet into our bedroom next to the bed. The cleanup took hours and nearly everything we own had to be bagged and washed due to contamination. We were never warned to remove belongings, and no plastic or containment was used. For four days afterward, I was told daily that management would be coming, but no manager showed. When the manager (Carlos) finally arrived on day five, his behavior was aggressive, dismissive, and confrontational. He reprimanded me for calling to ask what day he would arrive (despite never returning my calls), repeatedly stated that I had no right to speak to him because I was “not the customer,” and blamed me for causing him stress and health issues. I tried to explain that I have young children in the home with pre-existing health issues and that I was concerned for their health. He continued arguing for 10 to 15 minutes before finally walking away and beginning the inspection. Most concerning, Carlos explicitly told us there were no holes or entry points and that the AC area was completely airtight, even praising the work that had been done. He also said there were no droppings in the unit. His written report to the HOA later contradicted these statements. When we checked the same areas ourselves, we found multiple large, obvious holes, including a massive opening behind the AC condenser leading directly to the attic. This was visible without even moving anything. In his report, he noted that he informed other residents about their entry points and instructed them to seal them, yet he did not disclose ours, which directly impacted our ability to protect our home. Despite this being a known building-wide infestation, nearly six weeks passed with virtually no action beyond placing one trap at a time for about two weeks, catching only two rats. We were even forced to remove one ourselves because no one returned to check the trap. Nozzle Nolen then claimed the rats were gone and said they would not be coming back out for anymore services, despite us still hearing them in the attic. The noises I was hearing have since went from occasional to almost constant. The infestation was never resolved, residents became ill, remediation was delayed, and we are now forced to start completely over with a different company, including weeks of additional pest control, because of the time wasted with Nozzle Nolen. I am sharing this experience so other residents and families can make informed decisions and understand what to expect when dealing with this company. This experience was unsafe, exhausting, and unacceptable. I would never trust this company to handle a rodent issue, especially in a home with children.

4 months dealing with ants in the house we rent . I had to give money back to the tenant because this company refused to send a different technician. Explained to them this is a rental property and people are upset, they didn’t care and told me I need to give time for the products to work. Since May, nothing changed , ant issue got worse instead of better. I was giving a “manager “ to help with situation , he was worse with his customer service skills. Clearly not understanding I had lost a tenant and lost money because the problem was not resolved since May.

Can’t help but feel completely taken advantage of. They told me I had a bad rat infestation that would require thousands of dollars to clean and set up traps. I talked them down to $1000 because I was scared of how many rats were in my attic… I got a second opinion too late. There was in fact no infestation. Just a rat or 2 coming and and out as it pleases. As soon as the entrance points were closed there were no issues. So I spent over a thousand dollars to catch zero rats and to have traps set up. Seemed like a complete set up. Just get a second opinion before listening to what these guys say

My life is a waking nightmare cuz of this “business”. My apartment complex is contracted with this place, and they are dreadful. I’ve had roaches since I moved into the unit in February, and contacted the company who confirmed the roaches were here prior to moving in. They refuse to do the bare minimum to ensure that they are truly exterminated. I called and asked what the typical services are for an infestation, which includes treatments every 7-10 days. They show up MAYBE once a month. I had to argue with my technician just to get him to even look at multiple rooms on the day he did show up. They refuse to make appointments at specific times, call the day of right before they’re about to arrive, then get mad when I’m not home. Unprofessional. And I genuinely believe they have no intention of getting rid of the bugs cuz it’s a consistent cash flow for them.

Was quoted one price by Alfonso yesterday which was recorded on my phone. Then when Dave came by this morning at 11:00 he quoted me a much higher price and then went back to his van to talk with Alfonso and he denied Alfonso’s price quote and basically said that he wasted 15 minutes of his time after I showed him my recording on my phone which converts speech to text for the hard of hearing and that it must be some kind of mistake and walked out and left!

Terrible service, they didn't even see me. They gave me a block in the morning in which they were supposed see my place. They did not. I called to see if there was a mistake and apparently I was scheduled on another day. They took my morning hostage for no reason. Terrible service. I was sent one of the pest control members by the name of Dave E. and he was horrible. He had an attitude that he didn’t want to be there and even said to us “why am I here”. He also told us one price up front in person and than sent the contract with another price. Really terrible service will be going with another company due to the service I was given by Nozzle Nolen.very disappointed was really expecting great service after reading all the positive reviews and comments but didn’t receive any of that.

This it’s a good place to get ripped off. I hired this company on September 23 and payed $750 because I have a mouse inside my house. Today is November 6 and this company hasn’t been able to catch it. They keep giving me excuses about how it can be a few of them even thought I caught it on camera and showed it to them that it’s just one. I called and asked for my money back so I can hire someone else to do the job they were supposed to do. They rejected the refund without any explanation, I also requested for someone to call me and no one did. I want my money back because I didn’t pay $750 for nothing.

If you have any type of insect infestation over the weekend, FORGET about them coming out! I guess they are too cheap to pay their employees to work on weekends even in emergency situations! You get a recording to leave a message if you think you have an "emergency", however, no one calls you back! I had to call a couple of times, spoke to 2 different women and both of them asked me my address THREE times and then said no one will come out over the weekend and they will call you on Monday!!! I am part of an association and they pay for my exterminator so I will be putting in a complaint on Monday!! Also, I will show the pics to people in my community and the board members and hopefully the association will go with another extermination company after their contract is up. When you have so many bugs (I couldn’t even count them there are so many) going from one wall all the way across to the other, all over your blinds, baseboards, window sills and ceilings I guess they don’t consider that to be an emergency situation!

According our after-hours protocol: If it is an emergency involving biting or stinging insects, we will be there as soon as possible. Any other pest-related call would have to be scheduled for the next business day. In this case, the reviewer never specified whether or not the situation was an emergency and our after-hours representative did not dispatch our after-hours emergency technician. Also, with this instance, we would have had to have received a call from the PM company or whoever the account holder was in order to schedule to the service.
