Family Shield Pest Control is absolutely amazing!! When my husband, and I noticed these small seed-like pellets on our floor that kept on accumulating from seemingly nowhere, we knew we needed an expert opinion. Jeff called us right away after we submitted an inquiry on Angi - I described the problem to him (it ended up being drywood termites!), and he was so knowledgeable about how he could help us. He assured us that he’d be able to take care of the problem for us, and he absolutely gave us peace of mind with his experience, kindness and transparency. Knowing that our entire apartment (not just the spots he treated) is covered under a one-year, and then renewable affordable warranty for that same treatment gave us SO much relief, especially since it’s possible that the termites will come back. All in all, we are so beyond grateful for Family Shield’s help, and we would highly recommend utilizing their services in your home. They went above, and beyond to help us!

Jeff was great and made me feel comfortable about the pest that I had no idea about. He was kind, and explained the situation and then was able to make time for me in a quick manner. He got the treatment done within the following days, and also planned follow ups to make sure the initial treatment went well. This pest control service goes above and beyond expectations. I’m frequently not home when they come, but they always follow my directions. They have conquered by roach and rodent problem! Not easy when I continue to feed birds and store birdseed! They are the best! Also, their prices are reasonable!

I learned at the last minute that I would need a WDO inspection. When we called, they responded quickly and did a thorough inspection. The inspectors Jeff and Ray were friendly and professional.

I have hired Family Shield for my lawn pest and weed control. First of all, the owner, Jeff, came to the house, introduced himself, and answered all my questions about his company.He cares about his clients and I am excited to work with him. Yesterday was the initial start of my lawn treatment. Angel the technician was extremely knowledgeable, and very professional and kind, answered all of my questions. I am excited to go on this journey with this new company. The cost for the initial treatment was $150. Very reasonable. And then it will be $40 a month to keep maintenance up as far as treatment for insects and weeds.

From start to finish Family Shield Pest Control was a pleasure with whom to work. Initially Jeff, the owner, came and did a termite inspection, discussed the results (Yes, termites!) and the options for treatment. Scheduling extermination was fast and convenient. I recently hired Family Shield Pest Control for my lawn service. I had my first treatment and I can already see a huge improvement after one week!
