I hired Bernard when I discovered rodents in my outdoor storage. He identified that they were also in the attic. During the very thorough inspection, he walked me through everything he was seeing and provided education throughout the process. This was invaluable as I am a first time home buyer. When I shared with him that termite treatment was done prior to me closing, he requested the documentation I received and discovered that it had, in fact, not been completed. I'm grateful he took the time to review the documents as I would not have caught that, and I was able to proceed accordingly. Within 24 hours of the inspection, he had sealed all of the exterior points of entry. While he was at the home ready to seal everything, I told him I forgot to check if I need HOA approval and as I took the time to verify, he was patient, understanding, and flexible with his schedule. We had to share a set of keys as I am not living in the home, and he locked all doors and left the house exactly as I requested each time. He resolved the problem effectively and efficiently at a very reasonable cost. Lastly, he answers any and all questions and is extremely responsive. Overall, he is a professional, reliable, and trustworthy person. I STRONGLY recommend him.
