From the very first phone call Julio was very helpful and professional. We recently bought a house and found out it had a bee problem. I didn’t realize how bad it was until Julio showed up and took down the hives and i say hives because we thought there would only be one but there were TWO AND A HALF! We are so glad we contacted Sunbuzz for our raccoon removal. Julio and son Angelo were successful in getting the raccoon out of our attic BEFORE she had her babies:)) The price was very reasonable and they checked our traps regularly with excellent communication and punctuality. I was having an out of control roach problem and after trying everything from sprays to bombs, I realized I needed professional help. I went to Home Advisor and was put in contact with Sunbuzz. Almost immediately I was contacted by Julio of Sunbuzz. When I called him back and explained my situation, he set up an appointment for the very same day. Wow. Great customer service. When Julio came out, he was very professional and after examining my home, he explained in great detail what I was dealing with. After giving me the price, I agreed to let him do the job. He worked diligently for over an hour going room by room and spraying each area. He set up numerous bait traps and other things. He explained what to expect over the next few days and when my second treatment would be. The next morning when I went into the kitchen, I was shocked not to see any roaches greeting me. What a wonderful surprise. Sorry for the long post, but I’m really impressed with them. What was a bad situation on my own, turned into an extremely positive and easy experience thanks to the expertise and attention to detail by Julio Del Rosario and Sunbuzz Pest Control. Simple the Best!!! Had to prepare a house for sale and noticed a large bee hive on the roof and needed immediate assistance. Julio and Sunbuzz was referred to me by another client and did he come thru clutch on last minute notice! He was at another residence when I called and came over immediately after, assessed the problem and fixed it! Quick, Clean and great service.
