We would like to address your concerns and assure others that your 1-star review appears to be an attempt to evade payment rather than an accurate reflection of our services.<br><br>We regret that, despite having perfect 5-star ratings from 48 other reviews and over 500 5-star reviews from customers on other platforms, your review stands out negatively. We believe it is crucial for shoppers to have all the relevant information to form an unbiased opinion.<br><br>When you hired us for rodent services, we offered our trap and remove expertise while stressing the need to close up access points. We clearly communicated that prompt closure of the access points was necessary for the trap and remove method to be effective. You, however, opted to involve your handyman in this process.<br><br>Throughout the following weeks, we faced challenges in scheduling and communication. We explained the importance of closing the access points within the specified timeframe to ensure successful trapping. Additionally, we had not received payment for the work completed and sought to address this matter.<br><br>After numerous attempts, we finally managed to connect with you and agreed to set additional traps to meet your expectations. As a result, the rodent activity ceased. However, it is important to note that access points remained open, leaving the possibility of future infestations.<br><br>Regarding your 1-star review, it is worth mentioning that you initially claimed that your handyman resolved the issue, yet our email correspondence with you tells a different story. Despite cutting your bill in half, as per your request, you failed to follow through on your promise to remove the review. Furthermore, you blocked our calls and emails, impeding our efforts to address the situation.<br><br>To support our statements, we are willing to provide interested parties with the option to request audio recordings of our calls and the correspondence between yourself and our company. These materials serve as evidence and confirm the accuracy of our statements.<br><br>We must express our disappointment in your dishonesty and scheming to avoid paying for the labor and billable services provided. Such actions undermine the integrity of customer-business relationships. We believe you should be ashamed of your conduct.<br><br>For the past 7 months, we have made numerous attempts to resolve this matter privately, hoping for a fair resolution. However, due to the lack of cooperation, we are compelled to address this publicly. <br><br>At Pest Pro Rid All, we take pride in our commitment to providing exceptional service and resolving customer concerns.
